Title: Parcel retained by Mumbai Customs Post by: Satyam S kushwaha on October 23, 2018, 07:13:31 PM My parcel from China is stuck in Mumbai Customs.The parcel contains 4brushless motor,4 ESC and 2 pair propeller.I have received a Call -cum -show cause notice,in which they asked me the reason for buying these stuffs.They have mentioned that ,ihave bought wireless equipment which is prohibited.I have send them a request letter stating that it just contains brushless motors and ESC.I have also send email requesting them to release the parcel.But they replied me with a email and are demanding for Noc from WPC, although there is no wireless equipment in it.I don't know, what to do.. Please help
