Looks like the motor kv is very high however that's not the problem but a 450 quadcopter should not have a 1800kv motor.
What is the propeller size?
What is All Up Weight(AUW)?

It would be very helpful if you can post a video or link to video.

I think so he has messed up with the motors , probably went with 18 size motors . The second possibility is the props , what size are you using ?

Hello Param grewal sir,

Sorry that your ESC is burnt.
To try to understand your setup and to try find a solution, can you please fill in the "?" marked specifications from below consolidation:

Frame : 450 size

Motor KV: 1800 KV
Motor size: ? (eg. 2212, 1806, etc)
Motor brand: ?

Propeller size: 10x4.5
Propeller brand: ?

Battery capacity: 3S 3500mAh 30C
Battery brand: ?
Is the battery new: ?

ESC Current rating : 30A
ESC Voltage rating : ? (is it 3S rated? probably yes, I think)
ESC brand : ?
ESC firmware : ? (SimonK, BL_Heli, etc)
ESC Calibrated : ?
Is the newly ordered ESCs exactly the same as above : ?

Flight controller : kk 2.1.5
[Is there any verification required from software configuration point of view]

All up weight : ? (including battery, antenna, etc)
Are all the components(especially battery and motors) new? or are they used?
Are you comfortable and sure about the direction the motors rotate and which propeller goto which motor?

Sorry for bombarding with a lot of questions, but I hope you can understand that a clear picture always helps:)
[I am asking for components' brands because it will be easy for us to google for data like rated max current, thrust, etc. for that particular component.]

Let us know if you have any other observation as well.

Using an 1800kv on a 1045 props is overloading them, and that might have killed your ESCs. Try some smaller props ,maybe  8045 or lower I guess.

What size motor are you using ? 1800kv is a fast motor wont take those props very well ! Please please let us know about the motor .
