Dear all -

As of today, forum has existed for about 15 days, and it has generated close to 250 posts (yes, the majority by myself, but we are already a fourth of the way towards the LAMA raffle !  ). 

Thank you all for making this possible !

What is even more interesting/important is that it is already ranking pretty high in Google searches ! We are already in the top 5 while searching for "rc india" and "rc forum india". 

But we are still no where to be found while searching for "india rc"     Until we rank even higher in various Google search results, new users will have trouble finding us.  We have already taken most of the important/recommended search-engine-optimization (SEO) steps.   The rest will happen when many others start linking to this site.

So I hereby request website owners to consider putting links to this site from their websites.  Especially for RC/hobby shop owners, this would be an act in kind for the free advertising we are hosting on RC India.

And a reminder to everyone, word of mouth is the best publicity ! Along with that, active discussion and new content really helps a site rank better in Google searches !

To be honest, I was not expecting such a big banner    Please feel free to reduce the size of it.  In fact, we can have just the one line text at the bottom, if that is OK with you.

Note that you may need to keep the reference on your site for a few weeks, for the search results to get updated. Also, if it is an option, you may mention the Lama sweepstakes.
