The first one looks like an RC Dhamaka Yak 54.  At least the same color scheme !

Yes we still do.

Cowl was not fitting on the F4J Phantom. Engine too big for the cowl to fit in.
And Subaru had some low speed needle problem so had to remove the cowl at the field for tuning.

Im a beginner and very intrested in building a RC plane out of balsa wood. I have looked at a few arf kits but id like to build one from scratch with a blue print etc. could you help me out on this? This would be my 1st time.

Would you guys be flying this sunday (16th August)?

if you are interested in building model out of balsa get your self a kit ( easier for a beginner )

If your engine did not fit in the cowl I think your engine is too big for your plane too!
Or is it that you want to say that the engine did not fit in the cowl without cutting the cowl?

ideally this plane is designed for 46 engine.. but we did not want to take pain to fit the cowl..  :P also, the cowl had to be trimmed a lot to fit... we decided to fly without the cowl for a few test flights....maybe Jack (Vinod) will put it later...

Those people ussualy fly at shamirpet lake bed but as a begginer you should visit capt. Randhawa..

if you are buying balsa get them from Bangalore (cheaper), these guys fly besides NALSAR University of Law near shamirpet lake bed (at least that is what i remember) may be saurabh is the right guy to contact.

I want to meet or contact any flier who took part in Shamirpet lake flying and take some guidance and to know where are the components available in hyderabad.
