I purchased a Evolution 10 CC petrol Engine from RC Hyderabad on 23 Apr 2017, but since i was planning to use the engine on a warbird it was lying in my store till finally this month i decided to go in for Seagul Radial Rocket from RC Bazaar and use the engine on it.... However , once i assembled the plane kit with the engine and all the other accessories required, i realised that the engine is not firing up!! Showed my plane to both Mr Kalsi and Mr Jamal Ahmed in Delhi and they both are of the opinion that the Ignition Module that was supplied with the engine is not giving the spark..... Have tried to reach through to RC Hyderabad for replacement of the Ignition Module but as the website doesnt show any contact number to give a call on, i had to resort to contact them via the email provided at the contact us section.... Two Days and yet no response from them...does anyone have contact number of these people concerned? I will be grateful if anyone can help me in getting a replacement... Spoke to the guys on the number given by you.... got a very lukewarm response...but thankfully the person who picked up told me that he will speak to the boss and has asked me to call back after 10 minutes!! well i don't mind calling him again n again as long as these give me a replacement!! Can you imagine he wanted to wriggle out of it saying that's its been almost 5 months since the order was delivered!!! Hope the BOSS is MORE Mature!! will keep you guys updated!!! Regards |
