I have got a new idea. My father owns a 18 acre plot of land some 200km away from Bangalore (some sindhanoor) My idea is that If we construct a big landing strip,hangar, dig a big pond and create a big racecourse, what will be the resonse from the public.. howmuch can it cost? I think 18 Acres is far too less for what you want to create. You may be able to create a Obstacle Track for RC Buggy's or Heli flying field with other ancillaries with may be a Go-Kart Track too. But for RC Plane Strip and undisturbed flying area you may need some thing like 200 Acres min to start with.
