Wow! Watta flyer! The video, very amateurish, does not do justice to the model, perfectly built by Saurabh, brilliantly piloted by Arvind, our local hot hot flyer 

We maidened the Corrmet too







Poor Girish  . The Rudder was reversed, and he kept trying to ground track  > >

And was finally successful after reversing the Rudder



And a good maiden. At take-off and landing, his favourite tree was beckoning, but I muttered some secret mantras and the Corrmet was saved.

That landing is proof that ''Corro - she fly like Balsa, but bounce so much better'' 

Girish makes a great Test Pilot. I keep grumbling and swearing at him, but he keeps smiling

But he did not have such a good outing - last time The Tree ate up his Avi (now repaired) and then he was flying one of my home design/build Corro models, once called SR 3. He changed the name to GS 5 to confuse the tree, but......The Tree got him anyway! Again!  

Arvind also knocked out the firewall of his Subaru, and Achin tried taking a rock up with him during take-off. Of course, the rock preferred the ground, and kept the Avi there for some time, breaking Achin's heart in the process

I leave it to Saurabh, Girish and Arvind to explain what happened here in detail, with 70 mm, Technicolor and Stereophonic sound

All I know is they were tinkering with Saurabh's Piper, and suddenly I saw the model scooting at full speed along the ground, scattering cricketers left and right, and Girish galloping after it

On my last sortie of the day, I had a dead stick when my LiPo went flat. And, I landed smoothly and rolled gently into The Tree

Sanjay sir is the enchanter of our club. Notice that only when he shouts the magic word "Uthaaa" does any plane lift off while taking off. Also, as seen in most of the above videos, this word has immediate effect. There is no time delay between the chant being uttered and a plane shooting upwards. 

 

But when I say ''Utar'' it goes into The Tree

There is a Japanese gentleman who also flies in the same field. He flies a Carbon Fibre unpowered Glider. Watch this brief video......the landing & take-off are especially spectacular

I am missing out all the exciting activity on RcBolt.
For some reason not getting videos on this forum on my iPad.
Request help on how to solve this. Any settings to be reset?
(TED, eDX, other youtube videos etc work normally, only videos on RC India don't appear)

RC Bolt guys must have done some selective Choo Mantar, as i am now able to see the Corromet videos, but not Japanese gentleman's glider!
