@antriksh,
You are right.
No one on the forum knows how to register a club.
Or everyone is just keeping quiet till you do your own search!

Why don't you make a little effort instead of asking for spoon feeding?

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but Make in India cannot happen unless YOU put in some effort!

You dont need RCIndia to learn how to register a club. The information is in the public domain.

Respected K K Iyer sir u made a wonderful comment even without knowing why did i post this.
I did google about this. But couldn't found anything satisfactory so i went to our city collectorate and asked the same but they suggest me to apply for license!!
As i'm running a hobby club should i go for licence?
That's why asked for suggestions on this forum.

Antriksh - do not term it a club - call it a society.

you will then come under the societies registration act. and there is a well defined
procedure in every state.

If you insist in calling it a club then you will fall under the companies act.

Also - FYI , I googled "register a club" and the first link that popped up
had adequate information to point you in the right direction.

http://www.advocatekhoj.com/library/legalforms/register/index.php?Fno=club.php

So I think Mr. Iyer was justified . in suggesting you do your own research.

best way to go ahead is to start a trust ( a CA or an Advocate can help you) Or Apply for an Organisation registration like any youth club does (the local corporation/ Municipality/ panchayat office can help)
