hello,

i have Wltoys v911 (4ch rc heli), after flying them for 4-5 months, i've decided to step up to a 6ch heli. so i ordered a wltoys v922. that was tiny little cp heli which i can barely hover. in the 3rd flight, i broke its tail boom, that was awful Thumbs Down. i tried to fix it but i was unable to do so, so i ordered another v922 (BNF) from banggood . i researched a lot and practiced for a week, then i got grip in hovering it, still i no idea how to make a cp helicopter go inverted neither any of the maneuvers, please do let me know what i have to do and what stick movements shall i make to do 3d maneuvers and fly the heli inverted. and please do let me know where in india shall i get a good 450-class cp heli.

regards

hey buddy firstly the v922 is a good bird but its not ment  to learn 3d as there are only very very few maneuvers it is capable of handling ...u have to get a good 450 size machine flybarless preferred as ull be crashing a lot  .the 450 clones ,hiller, alzrc are good kits hiller from rcbazaar.com and alzrc from rc711.com..secondly is the electronics u use have to be good powerful and really fast so u need a powerful quick bird ...also get a sim and learn flying step wise cause if u rush into things ur gonna face problems http://www.rcindia.org/helis/3d-flight-training-for-helicopters-some-resources/ in this post the basics of getting flying are mentioned step wise ...also don't go cheap on electronics like servos and gyros or ull never learn to fly right .....if u need ill help u out with the electronics i use they are really good and not that expensive too

if i buy a 450 size heli from any chinese website (myrcmart, banggood, aliexpress etc.), shall i have to pay any customs duty when it arrives to india? the chinese seller told me that esky honey bee king 3 would most probably clear customs (with declaration of $40), i had a bad experience with customs when they detained my rc plane yak 54, they detained it from ahmedabad F.P.O sent it back to seller  saying that it is 'illegal'.

If you can afford get a trex 450. Get it shipped by DHL.

Or else, buy a clone like Tarot or hiller.

Your key in flying helis is Sim practice and stick time. Please, do a basic reading about ccpm set up and start with your basics. If you try to rush, U will crash sooner than ever.

Dont crash Heli, Crash Tx

the larger the heli, more stable it is. I have seen experts comments on getting a 500 for a beginner. Never the less 450 is still fine and costs considerably less. When you get your heli focus controlling it at all directions, I mean the orientations. Just dont go tariq-o-Matic and drill holes on your wallet, besides get good control over hovers, forward and reverse flight, circle your heli around you, etccc.. 3d is no way closer..

i can do good hovering over a FP heli. whereas, CP helis are very sensitive and its control is more harder. i have to be calm and have grip over the sticks and first on a simulator. i am going for a 450 class trex clone first as i am going to crash it alot.
