it's been 3days trying the sky surfer to get in air but no success,the atmosphere here is a bit windy,got a couple of crashes.Any idea what settings needs to be done,how much power to give it initially. http://www.rcbharat.com/133-sky-surfer-with-motorpropescservos.html

No power initially, Check the CG and make it perfect before any glide/flight test.

Just make a glide test first. Then check the elevator, rudder position During straight glide path and power up NULL position of rudder, elevator. Then Again glide and make only elevator, rudder movement during glide. Better if you can get long grass land for glide test as it has no landing gear.
Then only think of throttle. Of course, the elevator sometime needs to enlarge the area for quick response. But go to a big field and test.
Surely you succeeded.

What problem actually you are facing ?
it is dipping down   or bending one side or ??

While launching put the throttle at nearly 40 - 50 %

Initially am giving full power,after some seconds when its in air it's being difficult to control,I think wind is partly responsible for it.

I have been through this

1. Check , it will run on 3s and not 2s
2. U can't take off with the wind, it has to be against the wind
  I crashed 10 times on a dead wind to realise, direction is very crucial
3. Throttle has to be almost 70%,
4. Dipping is normal during take offs

put some ballast close to CG in windy conditions.  Maintain CG levels.

Thanks Mr Kalyanprodhan,I did the glide test and it took off with great ease.Now no need to take the risky hand launch.Today while completing a circuit the motor stopped working obviously due to excessive heat,and saw that motor had burned,so I think I have to wait for days for the next flight
