I took out Phoenix Decathlon out of hibernation after a long time, it was a glow converted to electric. First flight wasn't successsful, due transportation, wing axis had warped, so repaired it and and she flew like a charm, this one, i was planning to use to banner tow etc for the forthcoming meet at Mizoram. first flight i had a LVC so landed short, changed the prop to 14x6, second sortie as i took off and she didnt even reach 50 mts , i lost complete control of the aeroplane she did 3-4 turns on her own before going down in flames (Yes Flames). it was spectacular, i was flying it on the hobby king orange receiver. starting to loose faith on orange

PS
Background score is my favourite, AWOL Nation's Sail

Enjoy the Video

Crashed my boomerang today while Low pass FlyBy.
Classic Mistake - throttle + nose down instead of nose up.

Lesson learnt: Dont mess with nose downs, especially when close to the ground. And adjust nose *before* throttling (I throttled first and then fumbled to adjust the nose)...bad bad, goes to the workbench.
