Dear RC Team,

I am verry dissapointed on the kind of service you people are offerring.

I had booked this item on 27-Sep-14. You people shared an incorrect
tracking number (f02200037047) now you are saying its under
f01100037047.

When I checked with First Flight with the new tracking number, they
said they do not have  any details of this number on the system.

Its so difficult to reach you guys, your phone number continuesly
rings no one picks it for answerring to queries.

How do you ensure that it will reach to me on time, when the First
Flight team is saying its a invalid number/ number not available in
the system

I hope some one will look into this issue and resolve before I further
escalate this issue and voice over the net.

Hi, normally within 2-3 days, they will ship the order.But in some cases it may be delayed.It normally takes 4 days to be delivered by first flight.

sometimes first flight courier delay to  update  tracking details..
i got my 2 couriers like that...in tracking it is showing IN TRANSIT..but i recieved my parcel ...

..you need to wait..

Sir,
Hope you figured the consequences of facing a defamation suit before you posted your threat to post your case on the net.
If RC Bazaar goes to a court claiming no lack of service, you could be in hot water!
You even posted in more than one thread!
Impatience?
Booked on 27th, complained on 29th?
If you know what's the right thing to do now, please do it.

One more customer is unhappy with them. I ordered a trainstar plane on 27-09-2014.  Today they give me tracking number which is not working.they are so irresponsible people specially pune branch.i called them many times.but no satisfied answer. your consignment please enter any combination of up to 25 DTDC tracking numbers, seperated by comma:

This is what happened with me when I ordered my RCB6i but after a few days everything became correct and it showed everything right.
It is not a problem with RCbazaar it is with First Flight.

Time is not a problem.  Problem is wrong information and customer satisfaction. At least I am satisfy with the information they give me. I bought from  rcmumbai.com.  hobbysea. Rc hobbyaddict. Rcdhamaka.com. no problem with them.only rcbazaar.com have this type of problems. They must look at this issue.

The information they provide is correct even the tracking number is correct.

What most probably have happened is that they have shipped it today itself.
And unless and until the package is scanned at DTDC office (which usually happens in evening/night), you won't be able to get any updates while tracking the package!

Be patient. The information may be correct. Most of the domestic couriers like Firstflight / Professional couriers (no experience with DTDC) has offline way bills with the tracking number pre-printed. Even if we book the courier in the morning, the status will only appear when they move it from their origin station which may be that day night or even some times next day morning.
In some of the states they do not have facility to update at all even after delivery.Many of the times, we have called the customer and came to know that it was delivered.
