Cathay pacific cargo is going to start operations from HongKong to Hyderabad from 17th May 2012!!!

Does the AirCargo complex for Hyd's RGI Airport have any provision for postal customs?
If yes, does this imply that articles bound to Hyderabad and surrounding areas are disconnected from Mumbai FPO???

Normally, how many days will take to reach us if bought in HK. I'm planning to buy Yak from HK.

I ordered small parts on HK. (~$15, <180g) on 12th May. (RB455456484HK). ipsweb shows only one "send item to domestic location' since 16th. There is no update since then. When can I expect Mumbai FPO's update "send item to domestic location"?

Wait couple of days, it was same with me, but i got my order yesterday and tracking record on ips site for my parcel was updated today so it happens sometimes. You would get by next week.

Mumbai FPO has delayed a a day more. I received my parcel today. Thanks.

this post is for anyone wanting to order from hobbyking using EMS as their Shipping option. the link is a scanned copy of the customs call letter kindly go through it before declaring the cost on the customs invoice at hobbyking. also please kindly note the final cost at which duty is charged includes the shipping cost. it might have been posted earlier but here it is again.


customs in mumbai is helpful they helped me get my order in just 6 days. if you wish to go to collect your parcel before they send you the above mentioned call letter kindly carry a copy of your credit card statement or the paypal receipt

Yesterday i ordered some stiff from hk with my canara bank debit card. hk warehouse status shows unpaid for this order id . but mony credited in my account , what can i do now?

happened with me thrice...  just go to the online support and tell them  this....they will resolve this in no time.....

@ankur you parcel was held by customs but later was released now its in transit, should reach you in couple of days.

Hey, even my parcel had 3 lipos and a OrangeRx receiver and it was held up for the same reason on 6/2
