Its impossible to buy online from western online shop with a Debit card as Debit cards need the payment gateway of the issuing bank instead of universal payment gateway for Visa/Master/Amex etc

The best option for you is using Western Union

It has Visa logo on it.

Even, Paypal does not accept debit cards.
Another solution could be, you can transfer fund from banks like SBI, HDFC, ICICI through TT(Telegraphic transfer). Ask the seller for the SWIFT account number.You need to transfer fund to the seller's bank account number. Forex branches of these banks could help you for the payment.

Or talk to the persons who use to exchange currency in your city. They could help you bcoz they have credit card. They are in the currency transaction related field. They will charge you less amount.

In the beginning of my projects i also followed these proceedings to transfer fund and i got help from those people and from banks also.

You can talk to them, i think they could help you.

I just went to  Karnataka Bank's website. They are saying that the debit card can be used worldwide.

U have to create a password as verified by visa password and while doing online purchase it'll ask everytime to enter the verified by visa password..Its for security purpose..

 I just now ordered some stuff from Hobbyking. I used my father's Karnataka Bank Debit card. The status is reserved. How to track the items? When it will leave from Hongking? Please help me . How many days it will take to reach Goa?

Ok,
If the status is reserved then pls remind HK to send your parcel. When it will be shipped the status will show "shipped" with the tracking number. They will send an e-mail to you with tracking number.
Once you get the tracking number pls visit this site www.track-trace.com/track then select the option and give tracking number.

Hobby King would say 'Shipped' and give you a tracking no for Honk Kong post in max 2 days (if everything is in stock). But Honk Konh Post might not show 'Any Thing' for another 3-4 days. Better question is how much time it would take to leave Hong Kong? - 5-10 days from ordering. it might take another 2-3 weeks to finally reach at your door step.

Keep patience for at least another 3 weeks. If it reaches you in 2 weeks, consider yourself lucky.
