it has been 26 days and now i am worried .....
what should i do

first check  ur tracking...!

or  post the tracking ID..!

I had done blunder when ordering  ....
i chose simple air mail which donot have tracking...

then u have to just wait....!!

it  will take around 30-50 days for that to come....!

let me guess - your parcels weights more than 500 gms?
Since last few weeks i noticed Mumbai customs have become strict. Earlier even shipments containing 3 lipo was cleared, but now even 2 are being detained.
The duty is also high now-a-days (~750), earlier it was always ~250.

Nothing to worry as of now, have patience.

Yes, BOTH. Discounts on everything. If you log on as an ordinary  or Gold member occasionally you may see a one time offer pop up with a lower than listed price. That's the price Platinum members buy at. We get priority in packaging and supposedly service. Ahem! we also get freebies which just happen out of the blue when placing an order and we generally get looked after faster. This is of course hard to substantiate but any perceived benifit is OK by anyone who's a platinum member. We all wait to become one. It's only 10 orders and an easier way of getting there is (I didn't say this OK?) is buy half an order one day and the rest two days later. This of course means you pay two lots of freight but you get your discounts faster.

Another way is to team up with other people who aren't members when you become Platinum. Add their orders to yours and split the freight, it works out much cheaper. Especially if you just want small items. Allow each friend a certain amount of weight. You'll notice it goes up about every half a kilo so if the are 4 of you use a maximum of 2 KG and say each person is allowed a maximum or half a kilo each. Not a lot if you want heavy stuff but a motor and a bag full of clevises, servos, horns etc and have it sent EMS. It gets there much faster. EMS for me is 5 days, airfreight is 3 weeks. It's worth the $6.00 extra to go EMS. But not on really heavy gear. Remember if more people from India bought from HK they would probably open a warehouse there. We are about to get our second, the UK is about to open, the US have 2 and Germany and goodness knows how many there are. But there must be a decent amount of buyers to get one. I bought 2 large planes a bunch of motors, ESCs Batteries and a pile of smaller pieces and only paid $8.99 freight I just won a new plane and in the past I've won a helicopter, reamer, a Cessna 182 deluxe. Plus for every dollar you spend they add a bonus to an account. Everyone lets it build up and then buy something to that value for free.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else. The quality of stock is going up but the prices are a fraction what local stores charge. My closest hobbyshop charges $99.00 for a lipo charger they bought from HK for only $28.00. A Bixler plane complete with everything you need including battery and charger and radio gear costs from HK about $107.00 from the hobby store $299.00. Why would I shop elsewhere. By the way I don't make anything telling you this. I'm just a long time member who appreciates good prices. I've ended up with a busted $8.00 battery meter. To return it for a new one would cost me more than just buying a new one. That can happen but if you take into account what you've saved in the past you're still a long way in front. Go to their site and compare prices. It's a shock I assure you. Ask RCPilotAcro he knows me and will say who I am.

Hmmm I have 11 orders so far from HK but i dont get any discounts on any items i get to see the normal price even though i am logged in..
in My account section i get to see Platinum Member tag for me..

Try checking prices but don't log on. then log on and check prices again. You should see a difference if your account is tagged as Platinum.

If you don't see any price difference go to live help and ask them why you aren't getting the right prices. Be polite to them and you will probably find it's fixed really quickly.

It sounds like the computer has decided you're now platinum but another part hasn't switched you over.

Tell me, how do you pay for your orders, Paypal? I know there were big problems with India's Paypal but things are much better now. I use it for paying everyone, on-line memberships, Rapidshare and all Ebay and HK orders.
Let me know if you can't get your platinum account working.

To the best of my knowledge, the issues with paypal in India related to money being received into an account and not with remittances. I have been using paypal with almost all my purchases - including HK - for quite some time now, without any problems whatsoever.
