Giggity!

No worries guys.

I dont mind paying justifiable duty for my stuff . I didnt(Still dont) know how to change the declaration at the time of ordering. Besides, isnt it against the law to declare a lower value?  I've had various experience with customs over different stuff in the past. Most of the times, all that was required was a proper explanation for the goods.

cheers!

HobbyKing does not send Lipos through Hongkong post. Are you sure your order contains Lipo?

I don't know if I'm posting in the right thread, but I need your help guys.

I ordered some stuff (~$15) from goodluckbuy. I opted for registeretd airmail and they shipped it. (RA501352577CN)
ipsweb says it has been sent from China THRICE (the last time on 6th) and it didn't arrive in India yet.
How could they send it thrice and what heppened to my shipment now???

Another parcel guys!!!
It reached Mumbai on 6th and it said "Send item into domestic location". No progress since then.
but when I track on HK Post's website, it says:
The item (RB486270238HK) was in transit within Hong Kong or its destination on 6-Sep-2012.

According to http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.458781, if HKPost's tracking says "Package was in transit ...." or "Package was returned to sender", then it means * the package has been returned to the sender *
WHY THE HECK!
Further reading proved this is due to 3 reasons:
• Incorrect Shipping Address
• No one picked up / signed for the package
• Package refused by Customs

How do I respond to this? Please help!

Hmm this has happened with me once in past, dont rem when but once my order from HK on HK post site said that it was shipped on some date, but with ips website it was showing no records found. After 4-5 days i started to get this "Was in transit within HK or its destination" (on HK post) after 2-3 days status was updated and it was parcel was sent to destination country and then on ips website it was showing details about that tracking id.. BTW this parcel took longest time to reach me, around 20 days or so..

Thanks satya. So you mean HK post first says 'was in transit...." and then changes to "The item R**********HK left Hong Kong for its destination on (date)" ?
Thanks again!

For tracking no: RB486270238HK, 99%, the status should change today to either "send item .... " or update item.
Its normal for Mumbai FPO to take 3 days for clearance. On third day the status is either of the two mentioned above.

Regarding RA501352577CN, not really sure whats happening. Normally I have seen the "EDI received ..." for old tracking numbers.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm not much worried by what ipsweb says. Most probably mumbai FPO should say "send item into domestic location" in less than a week. But the message shown by HKPost is somewhat diffeerent from what I used to see and what I expect to.

http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.458781 clearly says that my tracking message means that the parcel is being sent back to HK. Sad

EDIT: Do you guys suggest me to call Mumbai FPO to esnure my parcel is there with them, or if they are about to send it back I can request them not to do so?

And GLB = poor quality. The quadcopter landing skid I bought was just a set of cheap plastic pieces which can be twisted and bent by hand. Thumbs Down

But their pics and prices....! And a registered airmail for $1.60 on <100g!
All other items I bought from them were fine - no issues. I also considered buying sunnysky 2212 multicopter motors from them (again, their attractive prices), but 2212 are too small for a 500-550mm quad and they don't withstand a 4s.
