Happened with me once . Again you will need to Show them your Bank Statement. Try contacting them through Live Chat again.
Also before using others card you should change your Hk account details such as name to the name written on card.
Now whenever I use other card , I change my hk details too

tx, rx import are banned without Import License. So if your parcel goes through customs, then you'll face problems. General Customs duty is @17% of TOTAL order value. But since your parcel contains tx, rx you may have to pay penalty (don't know the rates) or bribr the customs officer. Select INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL as shipping method. Then your parcel might not get through customs. But if you select EMS, then SURELY your parcel will go through customs.

2.4Ghz Tx/Rx are not banned. Customs duty is around 29% of entire amount (product cost + shipping)
again attaching the customs duty chart, obtained from Aramex
Timeframe is about 20-30 days for big parcels

Rcnitesh,you can set your'e currency from the hobbyking website alone on the top right hand corner and paying through paypal is safe and reliable,also hobbyking is a safe website so you can be assured nothing is going to happen.

i checked the currency its not in rupees ?

It would not be,you need to pay in USD from your debit/credit card which will automatically be deducted from your account based on the current currency ratio.
