High spirits we have: gravity we flout.

In that case rcforall's reply is very unfortunate.

Each piece will be around Rs 3-4. Sending it by courier will be too costly .
Aero modeling requires some use of Imagination  Shocked  not spoon feeding.
@rcforall First of all I really don't understand why you brought "spoon feeding" into this. Shauviks is only asking what he paid for. Are you implying that any one buying from your store should be ready to "use their imagination" to find substitute for parts you forgot to send. Also you will only send the parts you forgot if the price and shipping cost is right for you.

Here is how my last order to rcforall ended, I never received the missing parts and I didn't bother looking back as I had discovered RcDhamaka by then.

Practice, and only Practice will make you perfect

Most of the time it is the hired hand who do the packing, and more often than not in most my orders there have been some items missing (Once the Corbon Rod was broken in two, since there was a disclaimer i didnt get any replacement either, i was/am ok with it) and they have been replaced in the next order, however the fact still remains, inventory check before despatch, i guess, some kind of check list, QC Check (Like what RC Bazaar does) will solve the issue, here are some examples

I did not receive the screws for the control horns too so some modification with 1.5 mm carbon rods there too.
The replacement fuse was also delivered mauled by DTDC, even though it was nicely packed in two layers of elapor foam. Therefore the fuse and the nose is slightly deformed even though repaired.

3. It came with all other hardware necessary (Minus Y Connector and Control Horns)

@rcforall see i am a college going student not an employed person spend for rc using my pocket money(which is limited to 1.5-2k per month)i had paid for the kit infact in the bill u had written the cost wich i clearly remember was nowhere near 3-4rs (have unfortunately lost the bill). being a customer i have evryr8 to ask why u didnt send the item infact u havent replied to my email even(which shows the poor customer service) and and regarding this

That is not a 3 mm connector. That is wooden piece BTW the dimension of fiber tubes are 10 x 10 mm .
We should have sent you a small piece of wood which is available in any hardware shop , it is called Gattu wood used by carpenters to fix screws on the wall.
Each piece will be around Rs 3-4. Sending it by courier will be too costly .
if u have missed out something its ur duty as a seller to send the items regardless of the courier charges...

I sincerely wish this incident had not taken place as I have respect for Mr.Sai and his post purchase customer service and I can also understand  Mr.Shauviks is thinking that some special part required to join the two fibre fuselage channel is missing because he is a newcomer in the hobby. It seems as if Mr.Shauviks is mistakenly thinking that the fuselage fiber tube is a 3mm carbon tube.
I think all this is due to lack of communication between the two parties.
Even when I purchased the bigger Mr.MOSS kit a long time ago when it was newly introduced the 3mm carbon wing reinforcement rod was missing in the package when I received the package. When I brought this to Mr.Sai's notice he apologized and told me he would send it and he also suggested alternative ways like Kebab sticks to in place of the carbon wing spar. Then I told him that even kebab sticks couldn't be purchased locally because the town I live is very small.
A couple of days later I received a package containing the single 3 mm carbon rod AND ALSO a bundle of 100 kebab sticks free of cost for both material and courier charges.

P.S: Since Mr.MOSS is a kit, the 10mm square wooden peg required to join the two fuselage tubes should be included in the hardware package. For any modeler with some building experience it is a small thing to make the wooden peg required. But to a complete newcomer whose 1st build is Mr.MOSS it could be completely a different thing.
Regards,
Rao.

It is a mistake on our part for not having sent the joiner stick the comments my earlier comments  were not intended to be an excuse for not doing so.This is clearly a case of lack of attention to detail on our part .We will ensure such incidences are avoided in future.
BTW the mail sent by Shauvik supposedly on 25/5 is not received the last mail received is on 15/5 regarding sending the material.
From the exchange it is obvious that it is the small minor components that have been our problem like the dean plug of Amit and the joiner stick in this case as against the larger ones like the fuse for Sandy , or the CF rod for Gusty  or the wing for VC which actually cost us much more to replace .
This again indicates the same problem regarding small details .
Thanks to this thread it has pointed out a problem in our operational system which has to be adrressed.
Thanks all of you for pointing this out we will sort it out.
In fact I think it we need to be all the more watchful that such an error has occured at a point when MR MOSS is nearing its 1000 pcs mark as one of the most sucessful and favoured beginners planes.
Thanks once again we will take care.
Sai

Now this is why I cannot fault RCforall.... Aeromodellors ki Jai Ho
If only all suppliers were like Rishi at IHC, Rc4all, Dhamaka and Vivek at Sharma Model Aero.... Flying RC would be even better and STRESS-FREE.

As far as replacing my wing is concerned, you didn't have to do it. Not only that, you also told me how to repair the original wing. I now have both the wings and it is all thanks to you. Sai Boss, full marks, any day!

b4ggu - It seems like you haven't dealt with RCBazaar / Sujju Bhai. They are in the habit of gifting Helicopter kits to novice modellers. Haven't come across any other LHS, anywhere in the world, who does that.

What I 'm trying to say here is that let's stick to the topic/party/person in question and let's not get sidetracked. You praise someone and I praise someone else. How does it solve the issue for Mr. Sai / RCforall?
