After Apologizing  to Mr Chintu that When We sold the particular Model We had yet to receive his transfer in our a/c, Hence asked him if he would like to choose any other model he could do it OR ELSE WE WILL REFUND HIM THE FULL AMOUNT Could not be more civil than that,And after all that conversation i receive This mail:
Dear Mr.Vinod,
                      I am sending you the Bank Statement again and would also like to tell you that it was a Interne transfer (RTGS ) which takes place immediately and have also enquired from my bank regarding the same will be forwarding you the sms in the morning regarding the transfer of the fund from ICICI Bank all I want is that you enquire from your bank regarding such transfer and refund my money and settle the matter .Incase you fail to do so I'll report this matter to every RC forum in India and also mention about this to Mr.Ramesh Tehlan Chairman of Aeromodellars Association of India

We have pick-up facility for our shipping from Gati 3 Times in a week.

To the owner of Jacks -  Please do realize that the RC scene in India has changed over the past 2 or 3 years, and people have a lot more choice.  They also have a lot of visibility into both Indian and external prices, and that does not imply that you became a multi-billionaire running an RC business in India.  There is other feedback here, as shown here :

It would be in YOUR best interest to reduce such "no-stock-up-sell" incidents, as they do come back and affect your future prospects (as is mentioned here : http://www.rcindia.org/rc-outlets-and-resellers/lhs-issue/msg16428/#msg16428 ).

Whether you run the store for the love of RC or for making a living, people expect certain things.  And in this day and age of everything being online, it is not difficult for negatives to stand out (bad news seems to spread much faster). 

While you do not have to respond to anything here or anywhere else, I hope you do realize that such feedback does erode the sand under one's feet

       Well Mr.Vinod gangaram satwani ( that what his real name is and not jack ) is furious just because i raised a voice against him and now remembers to clarify himself after a week despite calling him a number of times for a refund and listening to all his abuses........even if he received the payment on 4th May and having couriered  the cheque on 5th May which he tells he did  i havent yet received it and please check on which date the courier was send.

I suggest and I don't recommend to buy anything from Jack Hobbies, Hyderabad, AP. The prices are too much and no quality components. I'm saying this as I experienced. Better find some deals online.

Would you mind explaining what exactly went wrong in YOUR experience, rather than making general statements about high prices (which happens with many stores, for various reasons some of which are even valid) ?

Ya Anwar bhai, when you were shifting this thread, I was just writing a reply for above poster to elaborate his experience, with out being so generic.

I have ordered a couple of items form Jacks Hobbies.. It was a 2200 MaH 2s LiPo and an 18A ESC for my car..
All products were delivered on time.. No problems on my time..

Some people REALLY live up to your expectations. I hope all will note the tone / attitude of the seller concerned in the posts that he has made. All these days there have been a lot of discussions about this person and his behaviour. I would like to thank him for proving the population right.

I didnt like the policy of charging for the NEFT bank transfer, so I never dealt with Jacks after my first purchase. Moreover they dont have any decent stuff for cars. All chinese clones and cheap items.

Mr. Jack was last active on May 12th and didn't respond to Anwar Sir's Reply#57. One more feedback....

Yes!! Mr Vinod, you are indeed pretty old player in misleading people of the country (or at least Hyderabad) to claim that you are the ONLY place to buy RC Car/Plane/Helis in the Country!!! My Foot..... I bet hardly 5% of most senior people of the Indian RC scene (90% of them are not even part of this forum) would have bought even a bolt from you, and you pose your self as  the ONLY!! Hell Ya!! Why most of time you act like "Mumbai Thug" and send dubious items to people across the country? If you were in the West, you would have been long shut down! Thank to the lame  prosecution of the country. A guy riding Big bikes should do these kind of petty fraud...

I told him I wana buy that plane. He said "Yes you can buy we are safe. But only thing is you cannot pay us via paypal. You send us money on our HDFC bank from ur bank transefer."

That made me worried and i searched google and ended in this topic.

last week end i went to Airport to drop my friend and after his check in i found RC cars racing at the airport(photo attached) and i fell in love with it at the first look

so i checked online and got to this website

I am a HYDERABADI

i just joined the group and in search box i typed HYDERABAD and i found out this thread

and to my dis belief i saw that jacks has got a very bad reputation in this forum
 
i really felt bad that every one is cornering jack to one corner

when purchasing GUNDAM (google it) models from abroad it usually took not less than 1 Month

check out www.hlj.com and also a huge amount of customs, taxes and also middle man Mamool


when purchasing an item its the wish of the seller to put a price tag so i dont thing price is not a concern

talking about Attitude -------hell with it we also have huge attitude

by the way i went to jacks to buy some models and tools and he was good to me

all i am sayin is dont judge a book by its cover

this hobby is ment for all of us to get out of our daily life to have some fun......to be that small kid once again





 

I hope it is obvious to you that no one here made a grand plan to put Jacks in a bad light.  They just reported what they experienced, just like you did.  And when the number of negative feedbacks cross a certain threshold, people do make some informed decisions.  Can't blame them for that.

Please do contrast the feedback for Jacks against feedback for other stores like RCDhamaka, RCBazaad, RCForAll, RCElectro, RCHobbyAddict etc, and you will easily see why this shop earned this feedback.
