Hi All,

Bad experience with Sai Krishna:  Very disappointed and Got abusive words from Mr. Sai Krishna over the phone.

Very sad day for me. With my reference, my cousin and his friends bought a Flysky 6ch radio for Rs. 2300/-  from Mr Sai Krishna on last Sunday. There is no proper box for TX and just handover Tx to my cousin in bubble cover.  When my cousin (a beginner) asked him to check the radio weather its working fine or not, He just inserted batteries in Tx and showed them that the light is glowing and said that "the tx is working....that's it!".  ( He also told,  that it will work as simulator also I'm not sure about it).

After coming to home, When we connected the Tx with RX and the channel 2 control is responding on throttle stick (We tried all possible steps, changing the channels on Rx). I believe that the Tx was originally mode 1 and He changed to mode 2. (which he did not mentioned) but some software settings did not changed according to Mode 2.

Same day Immediately I called Mr krishna and asked him that did you changed TX MODE, He said NO. , Told him the problem which we are facing, as usual he is not showing interest to listen on our problem and i believe that he does not have any knowledge about the stuff which he is selling, However, I've managed to explain the problem. He asked us to return the Tx and told me if every thing is good then
only , I'll try to replace it. I said OK and I'll be coming tomorrow morning. He said OK. When i called him next day, on the Way
to his house (where he do the business), He said I'm not at home , I am at outstation ,  come in the evening (He is in city only and he had word with one of my friend on the same day just few hours before of my call to him and then i got to know that he is with in the city only).

I told Mr sai,  my cousin and his friends need the Tx very urgent as they came from very far from the city,  only for Tx,  and they have college project, so please arrange some how,  He was careless, not wish to meet . I also told Mr Sai, that you would have checked complete Tx condition before selling it to us with little disappointment, as we are spending additional money for travelling to your home and waiting for you. asked him to replace Tx immediately by arranging some one arrange for this at his home, as my cousin had to travel back to his place and need to prepare for college project.  The interest he showed before selling the Tx, He did not showed after i asked him that it looks like there is a problem with Tx.
 
 He just stared saying, in BIG TONE " I'M NOT AT MY HOME, HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I TELL YOU, IF YOU WANT , YOU HAVE TO WAIT, NEED IS YOURS, WHAT A HEAD ACHE YOU ARE FOR ME, YOU ARE THE WASTE OF TIME FOR ME. WHAT WILL YOU DO IF I'LL NOT REPLACE IT?,  WHAT WILL YOU DO IF I SAY YOU DID SOME THING TO TX AND COMING FOR REPLACE WHAT WILL YOU DO? and disconnected my call.

I Lost my temper and Patience with all his talk and careless behaviour over the phone and with all his bleady threatening words and challenges, I called him back and asked him WITH BIG TONE WHY DID YOU DISCONNECTED MY CALL,  He answered me,  WHAT WILL YOU DO?  I Told him IN TONE "I'LL KICK YOUR YAS" in Telugu language if he is not going to replace it right away. He started abusing me like in these words.... ,  The words he used to abused were........  bleep bleep bleep , etc.. and threatened me like hell. Crazy fellow he forgot that he also has a mother.     I've repeated the same abusing words from my end which i completely lost my cool....!   I feel Sorry about it now.

 
Sorry friends for mentioning abusive words here, I had to report this to all of you..!

My intention to post this issue here is,  Be very care full with Sai Krishna,

Any customer spent some money on any product, He has all the right to expect few things and expect things/issues to solve immediately,  As a true seller, He Should have the patience to handle customer quires and can be able to convince the customer, all the top of it,  Should be very respectable towards his customers.   

Please be care full dealing with this Guy as i believe he is not a true Rc Hobbyist and he dues not have knowledge about what he sells.  He is here to make profit on this hobby  and to cheat people who are especially beginners. 

 I look forward for his comments here......!

Yes bro,  The problem solved now with help of a respected friend of mine who has good experiance,  He changed mode in software.  Tx was changed mode 1 to 2 and settings were not changed.

He changed mode in software. Tx was changed mode 1 to 2 and settings were not changed.
It's not very difficult to change it from mode 1 to 2 (or vice-versa) in the software. You double-click on T6config.exe, drag your pointer to a box that reads 'MODE', click on it once, and click on the text 'MODE 2/1' in the small window that appears. ALL this only if you've got the cable with you and drivers and t6config installed.

Yes Hyd_quads, i know now, Thanks.  But the seller should have checked it carefully if he knows and also should have told us that the mode was changed to 2 from 1, and he also would have suggested me to change the settings in software when i called him with my issue, but he failed in each step.  And gave me great gifts in the form of abusive words....!

I am sad about the way he treated me... so thought to share this with all..!

Sorry to hear about this experience.

I purchased the same model transmitter from RcBazzar [2577/- including shipping] two weeks back. The parcel was shipped the same day and I got it in my hand the next day. I was so impressed by the packing. The transmitter was sent to me in two boxes. The transmitter was inside a bubble bag put inside the original transmitter box. This box was wrapped excellent using two huge soft plastic cover and this was placed inside another box. All the reciever, binding plug, cable everything was placed secure and safe. They made the purchase of my first ever Radio a memorable one actually. I am not sure if they pack every item like this, but I really feel sorry for your experience when you can have better options.

a lot of these type of complaints these days . thats why always buy from renowned shops that have been around for some time, i had a similiar problem one of my radio from rcbazaar,,, the radio buttons stopped working in 15 mins aftr using the radio. called them and went to the shop, rcbazaar replaced it without a single question.

yes i can see now and it is confirmed ,

naresh i can understand your pain ,
i want to add some thing from my side now .
first the guy called me up and requested me for sending the some stuff he wants to buy from me by 24 hours service , as we all know that the premium express service has its extra charges  , i understood the problem of him as sent the parcel by going my self to the courier office (usually parcels are picked by the dtdc executives from my office ) as i want to ship it on request asap.

i already received the payment except the shipping charges as he told me that he has already deposited for the normal postage and the rest will deposit tomorrow, from that day i am calling him , mailing him but no response from his side

i do not want to start any individual thread as there was only 120 rs involved in that, but
i want to thankyou now naresh as just because of your thread i got helped.

i want to thankyou now naresh as just because of your thread i got helped.

Not a prob. Vineet bhai, even i ignored one issue from same guy before this deal.

I bought one model just a kit for Rs 2000 and one Mystry motor for Rs 1000 before from sai krishna Rc bharat, Model airplane v2 is perfect becouse it was built by Roopeshkrishna,  However,  the motor which was supplied was very poor in quality and when i installed the motor in model V2 and tested just giving half throttle, It has got vibration and coming out from given motor mount and melted the wires, and i've told him this issue, but no proper responce and was told that,  "You are the only customer who is giving complaint on this motor, as i have sold #1000 motors and no one came up with any issue" .  I take this easy and compromised. But after that again this issue happend.  So cant stop to post this thread.

I have mixed feelings about this episode. Perhaps the full picture is yet to be painted and presented.

1. Why would I let my cousin buy a TX/Rx from a seller who has responded, "You are the only customer who is giving complaint on this motor, as i have sold #1000 motors and no one came up with any issue." I would never ever deal with that person again.

2. Who started the abusive / foul language?

3. We have expectations from our LHS's that they will function with the same efficiency as MNC's. However, most of them are owned and managed by single persons. It may not be possible for them to tend to each one of us promptly. People can have more pressing / urgent matters when they are not able to attend to all complaining customers at once. I don't know if Sai had any such preoccupations.

4. I have personally dealt with Sai on many occasions and I've always found his behaviour to be polite and courteous.

+1 with VC on this, incl dealing with Mr Sai Krishna, Got a trainer from him flawless transaction, However i understand your agony Naresh, and you know i dont take such things lightly, demeaning someone (Anyone) is not acceptable and cannot be tolerated.

I agree with Anwar Bhai that Sai's side of the story is missing to complete the picture.

Who drew the first blood ? same question that VC has, i have.

He gave you choicest of abuse so did you, two wrongs don't make a right, i am sure you agree with me. assume you had exercised patience, then the story is different.

Which brings me to the last point, dont mind my saying so, this does appear like, two children fought in the school, eventually, they broke up or made up depending on the maturity of the individuals (We are guilty as charged too on this count)

Kiss and make up,  Wink will be my advice
