Title: Bad service by Rc bazar

I had ordered a 12*10 e prop from rc bazar on 3 rd of november for the total amount of 231 rs . Its 10 th of november today and they are yet to ship it . Taking a week for something to be shipped is not acceptable , i had written them email's asking about my order but i did not get a reply . None the less i knew it will come by . Having ordered from them before multiple number of times i was confident that one call and this will be sorted but i was WRONG , i called them today and did not get a proper reply . Had called them multiple no of times but no one answered . It is great that you guys are opening stores over seas but please sort out this type of mess first .

rajjaiswal92, if you are not in emergency, they should be allowed to sort out some problem.
May be they are feeling difficulty among the real order and dummy order for their new site check.

Yes, our expectation is really increasing sujju bhiya from you, day by day...
In fact some of us are thinking that it is my store and the the service should be like my expectation...
So, anytime the mail may come for my case...

I have booked an item, but the account details to be the amount deposited flashed before confirming the order and then cannot get the same neither in website nor in confirmation mail. I have mailed them (Helpdesk@...) for the account details but they not replied even today. Perhaps they are damn busy opening the store. I have no hurry but worried to deposit the amount so that my order won't get cancelled (It's stock gone yellow)...

But with their service as received earlier, I am still feeling that it is my store and I will definitely get service soon.

As per your order on 3rd Nov I believe the order has been shipped to you on 4th Nov itself with a tracking number... according to my shipping department blue dart had issues (which i need to get to the bottom of this) and the shipment has just been returned back today and the same has been shipped using another courier to you today..

regarding the team not able to give you a right answer this definitely is not acceptable and will get this raised internally...

thanks Kalyan and Sooraj, and Kalyan its strange that you have not got an reply yet from the stores.. i need to dig deep into this and will get back to you soon

I did not get any tracking id , this is what made me upset . If i have not got a tracking id then iam free to asume you have not shipped it , hope you understand

Service of Blue Dart has off late become atrocious.  :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown: When mobile number is added with the address details, it's absolutely unacceptable that the courier is returned without even attempting to contact the recipient. This has been happening quite a few times now with blue dart. I think online store guys should take it up with a strong complaint with Blue Dart. Any assistance   in this regard required from our side we are always ready.

Blue dart has now become pin less fake dart with no tip. It just bounces of the target inspite of good aim and intention of shooter. :rofl:

@rajjaiswal92 - its good that they could reply on the forum. if we are human we make mistakes(no idea rcb or bluedart), its just we need to try to minimize them. and they are also opening few new stores, so i was like let them take their time,when i waited for 3 months for them to replace an item (ductfan). i wanted to maiden my A-4 skyhawk(from rcb) but i let them take their time as i had a few others waiting for maiden(Gee Bee and Parrot both from rcb)!!and i just received the item yesterday . one point is that i could notice it was used or removed from a model(glue and paint remaining), which i didn't like!! anyways got it back and running!!

Got a 1500mah 3s 20c battry from rc bazar on 17sept, put it on charge for first time took arround 1:30hrs+ was amazed still ignored it next day went for flight and this was the time to charge the battry,guess what the charger is not able to recognize one cell and its showing 0 volt in one cell and yes am not a beginner never fly anything without low voltage alarm!!dont know whats happning with rc bazar quality is going down day by day!! Will go too store and check what is going to happen
