just saying "I LOSS 250000/-" dosent mean anything!

It reminds me of 'Anti Corruption Crusaders' all Alligations not facts to prove!! Bang Head!

There is no doubt now, looking at the dates on the thread, that a serious fraud has occurred.
 
I don't know about the "250000" but it certainly seems Gusty and Sujju have been taken for a ride, badly.

This forum has it's limitations, at best we can avoid the person.

As Gusty said, once a cheat, always so. Life has a habit of being a great equalizer, and what is due comes in this lifetime itself.

He has not only cheated me . he has cheated every hobby person, and from market he has taken Rs.20-25 LAC Rupees. and has done fraud.i have every proof our aim is to highlight about his fraudness  in India.and to save people from his mischiefness and cheating.

I am a newbie and it's not my place to comment. But I had a thought. This probably is not the first time a manufacturer / vendor has screwed people out of their monies. IF there is a lawyer in our community, why don't we have him represent us and take these people to task? That would show them not to mess with us. In fact, it would be better IF there were a host of lawyers, from our members (we can't manage the cost otherwise) (of course, it would mostly be pro bono work for the community), from different cities so that jurisdictional issues won't either delay or deny justice.

Further, those in the respective cities can check vendors and take them to task on behalf of the other members. This would surely help our community build more trust and strong bond. Think about it guys!!!

still waiting, 800 Rs no big deal, he stopped responding to mails, phones etc, 800 Rs is Dhakshina for dealing with Pradeep Vijay Trainer Nitro models / pmodelaircraft / pvamodels
