i ordered Sky Fury with Mr Pradeep of www.pvamodels.in.

Sequence of events
1. On 02 May 12 i paid him 5800 in full, he promised to deliver the aeroplane within 10 days.

2. An expensive tranportation system that was going to Bangalore was essentially there to pick up sky fury. while he was loading the same i requested him to load one models each from RCD and RCB, which he did, while conveniently did not load Sky Fury.

3.On asking, he said his manufacturer did not deliver cowling and canopy. he sked for more time. i kept quiet

4. It was supposed to be a Balsa Model with Oracover, however he later informed me that it is all plywood and covered with cellophane sheet used to cover presents.   i kept quiet on that too.

5. all this while i maintained my cool, i also went to the extent of telling him that i will make the canopy atleast he should get the cowling going.

6. a few days later he said he will try some crashed aeroplane's cowling, i didnt object, he bought more time with that.

7. By end of june as it was nearing my wits end, i gave him a deadline and beyond which i told him the deal is off and he should return the money. obviously he couldn't deliver.

Now starts his Cheating spree

1. a guy with a online shop says he has never done a bank transfer to someone he only received payments from a transfer.

2. On 13 Jul he finally agreed to return the money and asked me for a sbi account, i told him the procedure for depositing from any bank to any bank since i didnt have a sbi account (as if he didn't know it )

3. he apparently transferred and his Canara bank gobbled up the money because the money yet to see the light of day.

4. i tried everything from applying fear, fear of god et all, including speaking to his father. HE remained incorrigible. His father knew he cheats the public, it was NO news to him.

5. His father promised to help in getting my money back,  he too doesn't pick up the landline

his number is 09886066304, if you call up this number it says busy, it will always say so, unless he adds you in his inner circle. you are in his inner circle only till you pay up. the day he gets the money, he will remove you from his inner circle and you can't even contact him let alone ask him for the money. This is called 'Shathir Chor' in hindi.

in this day and age if online transfers are space age terms  then maybe just ask him for a cheque or dd refund. anyways our small little community does get its updates from this website and for sure they will not deal with this "LHS"
its sad that people are short sighted and are looking for short term gains and fulfillment. developing a business is a gradual and long term goal. such petty ways of dealing do not take people far. surprisingly people still want to make a quick buck !    the owner of this LHS would have read your post by now, maybe he makes a come back from the oblivion (or the obvious)

started in May still not ending in July also! 2 months for one model

thanks gust for the feedback.. i need this feedback as it will really boost me up to meet my dead lines and i m really laid back on the orders...  we all know building models is not a simple task we need to go speak to some fabricators and other people... for some molds to come.. the best part it they turned out to be cheat.. took the money and run away !!!!...just for information  to all.. i m really not concerned on the money aspect (ohh i need to make money and that sort of) if it was in that case then i would have gone ahead and coated 8-10grads for each model.. i tried my best not to make it expensive and make model for new or veteran ppl and start a manufacturing unit and i did... i started of with out even a penny invested and have a first order.. i goof'd up in a way and still getting over it..

1) mistake:- here in the unit..its a very new task to people working here with us and have to tell them and make them understand as they don't know anything about it...

2) mistake:- i should have taken orders one by one and do it instead i got all in one shot!!which is not good

3) mistake:- i should have taken bulk orders rather getting into one or two.. would have more exposure to the other fabricators...

again i never said i will not pay or that sort...you will have your money soon as we are in a little tight situation.. and one more thing you have no rights to talk about my father that way..!!!no one has a right to talking bad about other parents this way!!!!

ask for time, instead of trying this stunts like you did, pseudo transferring money. ask for 3 months, 6 months , 1 year . what the heck ? atleast be truthful.

While you are at it, could you care to clarify the apprentice issue (pending since last year i guess), heli to one of my friend in your city, issues with models to akky, rajaram (i wish rajaram had shared his experience i wouldn't have fallen for your ruse), not to mention the engine issue. just curious

my bad i should have asked for the time!!! if you are in a dying situation how do you expect someone to call and say " hey i m dying"?? if things go bad naturally one will not tend to call or speak !! if you were in my situation we would have done the same thing!!!.. that's human mentality boss...and you will not know what to tell that person..... i m sure you would have faced this situation in your life!!! every one does..as i told you already you will have your money back gusty...

therefore you are justifying your texts like "gusty enroute for transferring money". "i have transferred the money" . "please check on friday". "the money should be in your bank anytime". etc

is it anything other than wanting to cheat ? if it is not so, why did you refuse to hand over the cash to a friend of mine when i requested/authorized you to do so.

Balsa vs Ply ? for aeromodeling ! Shimul may be the replacement but not plywood.

Oracover vs cellophane paper ? become wrinkle during heat planing. I have tried with book cover plastics to gliders, but nasty thing happen. Vinyle board covers may be used, I have read in some place, but not cellophane with heat!

I often fails depositing money in daytime (Bank Deposit) as I have to go there in that branch and takes 1.5-2 hours. Still I have not managed to deposit last Thursday's booking. Shame to me. But not 1 month, NEVER.

And so many example, I am worried too much, and with the persons incl. Augustin, Really BRAVE (?).

I have smelled with the reply and have avoided instantly. Gusty bhiya, just check again. even no spec. too. some mild smell is still present. some motor spec or power value should be known by manufacturar/designer.

Pradeep... i have refrained my self from past 5 months from posting here but looks like you are up this "game" this with others too... its been 7-8 months since we are awaiting for you to pay us back for all the electronics / non electronics you took from us for making RTF's and also the heli you took and not to mention "your non deliverance" of the apprentice models to us... i dont want to get this arguments here as we have been behind you from December 2011... pls pay back us the amount you owe us or your will hear from our lawyers in about a week.. i think we have had enough with you and patience has reached its limits..

kalyan do you ppl know the difference between balsa and birch?? the models which you fly so called "ARF" is not balsa but still every one love it!!!!!...i guess you need to smell the model before you take!!!!

with regards to what gusty mentioned!!! sky fury is built by ply 3mm "birch" is the one which is used on the model!!!!  however he did see the pics of the model i guess.. and with regards to oracover... we never used a term call cellophane .. its was used by some one else who bought the model.. as a kit!!! and i told him i will cover the model with transparent red cover!!! don't know from where he got the jolt of cellophane!

i saw that post, but then i fell for this thread of rajaram and he spoke initially highly of him, however he did not finish the thread of the hardships he faced in getting the model and the hardware. it hasn't flown.

How can you call cheapo Carom Ply that you have used a Birch. Have you or anyone in your Clan has ever seen Birch? It costs 1200 for a 4 Sq feet of 1mm Birch. Like i told you, god bears witness, my aim was to support you. you like a illiterate, trying to teach people who have been scratch, kit building even before you were even planned to be brought to this world. Cheating, telling lies without checking, come off it pradeep. Don’t ever think the other guys know nothing. You will be surprised as to how much I know about you, your wood purchases, how much you paid. Whose Tx you damaged, because of which how you avoided morning slot to avoid paying up for the Tx you damaged. About your antecedents. I can bare it all, for all and sundry.

Let me in the same breath tell you about my general observation. A Cheat always remains a cheat, all his life, unless (a) he realises he is a cheat (b) strives really hard to suppress that tendency. Mind you he will never be cured of it. You are on the other hand shamelessly taking refuge in your so called Bad times.

absolutely Karma ! but he called up and said he will pay within 7 days. that is next wed if i don't get the money, will up the ante. However, he has larger problems, he has to muster 20K by tomorrow to return to someone in Chennai, else Chennai guy is going to come with all guns blazing, then there is 'Ahmedabad Spherical affairs'   a feet wing to guwahati is pending . i am waiting till next Wednesday.

Gusty, the Guwahati chapter was closed long back for want of a suitable cardboard tube. Forget it!

Looking at all this especially Sujju's waiting around for months  looks  like I was plain lucky  that I decided against proceeding with credit sales after his   visit to Chennai early in my business.
