I would like to share my story of dealing with a unreliable courier company :banghead:. " ST Courier" They are unreliable and liars…here it goes… I posted RC Items for sale in RC India. I had sold two of my radios. One DX6i and one DX7. Both the radio were shipped in good conditions.(Tips :o:- I usually take the photos of the actual radios and the box packing when shipping). I shipped the DX6i to Allahabad. It was promised by ST Courier to be shipped within 2 days. It took a week ??? to deliver the radio. When received by the buyer I got a call that the remote antenna is broken when I sent it in a good condition. Gods know who broke the Antenna ???. Lots of telephone calls with ST Courier to deliver it…I had enough….again, same story started again when I shipper the second radio with them :banghead:. This time ST Courier said that the earlier delay was due to unavoidable circumstance. I trusted them again and sent the DX7 radio to Pune. Again the same story with follow ups and complaints. Honestly I couldn’t sleep well >:(as I was feeling guilty over the whole thing and the poor guy waiting at the other end to get his radio…he was also very understanding :bow:…over the whole saga of ST Courier bad service …Anyway the parcel reached Pune from Pondicherry state after two weeks in one piece. Honestly very bad experience with ST Courier.
