A google search for thehobbyshop bought me here!
I placed an order for some parts for my new scratch-build on Saturday - the payment showed as failed on checkout, but amount was deducted from my account. I also received emails from both ebs and THS confirming order and payment. This was on Saturday.
Since then no information on the order and repeated emails have not gotten a response. The phone number listed on the site is not reachable.
I am willing to give the owner Pankaj the benefit of doubt. Maybe its just poor communication! Reading this thread now, beginning to feel doubtful if I am ever going to see the money!
Will not be keeping quiet though! Will wait for a week before initiating action.
