I agree. I have bought lots of items from him. But sometimes there are certain items which are not in stock in reliable hobby stores. And people find those items in fraud sites and fall for it.

I should have signed up to this forum earlier! A google search for thehobbyshop bought me here!

I placed an order for some parts for my new scratch-build on Saturday - the payment showed as failed on checkout, but amount was deducted from my account. I also received emails from both ebs and THS confirming order and payment. This was on Saturday.

Since then no information on the order and repeated emails have not gotten a response. The phone number listed on the site is not reachable.

I am willing to give the owner Pankaj the benefit of doubt. Maybe its just poor communication! Reading this thread now, beginning to feel doubtful if I am ever going to see the money!

Will not be keeping quiet though! Will wait for a week before initiating action.

Send SMS on the number.....first....saying you will go to consumer forum and file a case if you dont return my money....send email everyday......asking about the money..... I did get my money back after 1month of hassle......if still you don't get your money ....plzz do file a case.....this hobby shop will be down for good
