Even with duty being prepaid to DHL/Aramex. On the other hand another person has ordered a spektrum radio and it cleared without hassle. So it's worth a shot if you're ok with kissing that money goodbye. On the other hand rc cars pose no issue if that's what you're ordering. Planes/helis/radios are risky.
