Most of the sellers are not due to the current political issues.
The other day I talked to one of the seller. He said if you are a company and have IEC then it is advisable to buy otherwise not. The Indian customs is like scrutinizing everything and may cause issues. Though you may get away with small parcel if the seller is willing to ship. But big parcels are sure no go.
