Hi, so, I won't lie...
There were some problems with RCM...

One of the biggest was that Chintal wasn't able to answer calls...
.
To solve this, we have switched the phone number with a "Call me button"
And we have trained our staff to call you and be able to help you when Chintal isn't around.
We expect that our staff would call within 30 mins! (During shop hours)

Another major problem is that some people aren't able to access the site because its too slow....

To solve this, we are upgrading our servers from shared 512mb ram to dedicated 32gb ram servers tonight!
We expect the site to be much faster once the servers are switched!

You should be able to access the new, more faster site from tomorrow....

In terms of other improvements...

You would have noticed that we have made our shipping and packaging practices more professional and better....

We have started using barcodes to achieve 100% correct order packing!

We now do weekly inventory to make sure that the stuff you see online is available at our warehouse!

BTW I would like to point out that we have got dealership from:

And we're working on getting many more!

Some of the spellings could use corrections.

Under Airplanes --> Accessories, "Clevis" is misspelled as "Cleaves" and "Loctite" is misspelled as "Lacolite".

I know I'm nitpicking but I think these things matter.

These spellings were incorrect in the first place because Chintal, me or the other RCM employees don't manage the airplanes section... the airplanes section is managed by some other person...

The problem is not on your server. Check your site with gtmetrix.com
See the attached screenshot;
You are loading 9.7MB in the home page. You can upgrade your server to a super computer. But, that will not solve the problem.
The below file is 7.9MB and this file increases your page load time in the users computer.

The second issue is, you are not caching the static files. See the screenshot.

Up course, i can see that files are being served faster. But, as I said the user's internet speed is the bottleneck.

Optimizing is the key here, QK site load time was 10+ seconds i brought it down to less than 4 seconds (on average)

My server also runs on 512mb ram never died. Its just to understand what needs on be loaded on that section and what not.

live chat shows your online all the time and no reply i was just waiting for an hour for a reply. really online?? one thing you need to know to make your store better is remember first its a store not only a website. really online??

@JK The chat app is on our phones and thus, whenever our phone is connected to the net, it shows that the chat support is online...
I try to chat with as many customers as possible, but i'm not always available (also implies to Chintal...)

Fixed DTDC "Consignment details not found" error.
The problem was that DTDC recently updated their site and they shifted tracking from their international to local site.
Edited the link from .com to .in and it started working!

Yes, as I mentioned in my original post, its a web app,and you're correct, its less or more a website highly optimised for phone.
Web apps are basically websites optimised for phones, but they take advantage of the phones unlike normal websites.

Maybe you should too try web apps for Quadkopters, its really simple, either you can use a redirection tool for phones and send customers who are using phones/tablets to a subdomain, for eg, m.quadkopters.com . You can make a theme, especially for phone users and then set everything up, as long as the wp-config files are same, all orders, all products and all settings should sync .
The other way is much easier and all you gotta do is install a web app maker plugin, it'll manage everything on its own

I could had done native apps but then, there would some major problems, like not all mobile os would be supported, fixing bugs and to code one takes a lot of time.
