Not saying anything about this particular seller, but caution is urged when you deal with external parties. There is also a lesson in the above thread that the arm of law has pretty large reach ! In particular, there does not seem to be a lot of online history for this seller, the domain itself was registered in January of this year. If sibalsa price + freight cost more higher than your local shop, so buy from local shop is best choice.
