Sad to see one more good thing nearing its end. Once again, a heart-felt thanks to your generous support of this forum and its members.

I may have to announce yet another sad thing.  I may be forced to extend the 2K sweepstakes to a 3K sweepstakes because of the following reasons.

1) The main reason is that sponsorship targets are not met.  I am still trying at the personal level with contacts here, so it is still possible.  Sad to see no Indian RC hobby store came up to help like last time.  But we will keep this going, even if at a slower pace.

2) I had honestly expected the sweepstakes to last at least 3 months.  It is a significant prize, so it makes sense to lengthen the time it takes to reach the target. I am thrilled although, to see such hectic pace of activity.

3) A smaller reason is that about 40% of the posts are what I personally consider "immaterial" to such a raffle.  This includes my own posts and posts by hobby store owners, and posts by others which are in many ways out of context.

I will let you know by the time we get to 1900 posts.
 

i know it is tough find sponsorship anwar bhaiya don't worry everything will be alright. It doesnot matter if we have sweepstakes or not. RC INDIA has given us so much info and homely feel that no one is going to leave rc India. i wish i had some money left. next month when i get the 30,000 rupees for my VTOL project. i will definitely try to fund a bit. Though not everything i will try to as much as i can. we know that your decision will be in favor of RC India only. we love RC India and thanks for creating it.
