i ordered stuff from rcmumbai approxing to a amount of 25k or so

order no. #4864 which was placed on June14th 2015..the payment for the order is successfully cleared for with credit card..
now its 4-5 days of cleared payment and the goods arent shipped yet .....the contact number of the people incharge is dead....
i request you to ship the order asap .... the amount spent is huge and the goods are not even shipped yet.....

To RcMumbai ship the goods immediately or respond to his call why there was a delay in shipping, else it will not attract others to buy goods from you

I had experience of good and very fast service from RC Mumbai. In their site they have a msg which says that all orders received upto 14th June would be delivered after 15th. Maybe there is a reason for delay. But their track record is good. I too have a pending order of 8.5k with them which I placed yesterday.

What kinda guy are you, Jeesuuz, 14 to 18 four F days and come and wash it in public. Without even contacting giving time to the LHS. Try ordering from Tower hobbies and other hobby sites from abroad and let me know you experience, tower lost two of my shipment and they didnt give me refund / replacement. Hobbyking is a diffrent kettle of fish, i lost count, aliexpress are biggest thieves on this earth. if someone is trying to provide you service for least margin you get after him like this

There was ( or is still i don't know) another LHS called RCBharat, who was riding on two boats, LHS job and Shooting, His shooting job eventually took over his LHS work (He is a full time shooter now i heard ) But in that cusp period he went through exactly what you are going through now

i got a 3 axis gimbal from Rc Mumbai, leaving my trusted stores quadkopter and sp4mm3r.
i also ordered a Sj4000 wifi,
Both dont work!

action cam dosen't power on and gimbal.... worst thing i came across(9000/-) 

i contacted the store head...he said see the description only for hero3+.... i dont understand gimbal acting wierd does not relate any relationship with the camera. " it just needs a counter weight similar to gopro any any thing else. "

  and it does not have any information about the controller used.!!!
the gimbal just vibrates, rotates like hell.

Add a similar weight camera and test. Put the SJ4000 and test. What you are saying is correct, the gimbal does not has anything to do with camera its just weight that matters. The issues that you are saying means that he gimbal does not has a counter weight. You can share some video so that someone can help you

Also about the SJ4000 it might be due to dead power switch. I had 2 cameras with such issues and was replaced by the supplier.

thankyou fot the reply, but after so much of a try i was unable to find the similar gimbal sold by Mr.chintal on his rcmumbai.
i even dont know what contrller is !!

 

after whatapp conversation with head of the store he said " the minimum voltage to operate his gimbal is 12v !!!" i dont understand my 11.1 lipo gets fully cahrged at 12.8v and i have a buzzer that beaps when the voltage is 11.2v, during the flight. So when during flight voltage drops from 12v, the gimbal will be dead!! is that makes sense?

i doen't know about the SJ4000. ITS DEAD.

The seller .... i need to beg him to see my problem and without asking him the returns or the replacement. i even took it the local Rc club, they said is faulty.

help me in this, i really dont thing the way conversation happened Mr.chintal (RCmumbai) is in mood to fix, replace or refund it.

i agree your products are original, but at the same time you shipped a gimbal without any details on it. And communication is like every one here is new in RC.
  . Rcmumbai, i posted this here not to complain about the store, i did because your gimbal and camera were not working. On forums there may be people like me STRUGGLING with a gimbal that is not even having a controller name, manual etc etc.
And,
Lowest voltage that a cheap gimbal operates will be around 11 - 12v NOT A 12.
i got the product in 6 days!. i have shipped your items back at lesser amount and you will receive it in time!

PLEASE GO AND CHECK ON WEBPAGE REGARDING THE COLOR OF THE ACTION CAMERA. i was told my Mr.chintal that there is a option to choose for the colour or the camera will be shipped randomly.( see the attachments ), nothing of such kind.(Plz add it)

Again, rc is open source. we can make anything out of stuff.

Rcmumbai your also bring or import stuff from somewhere, so do check it with them and check it before shipping. (RcMUMBAI's all list of products are good and that's why it attracted me).

The gimbal was posted without any company if you have issues of receiving a non branded gimbal you should first check its details before purchasing (walkera g3d is available as an option)
It's not rightful to complain publicly if the lhs is ready to replace or check and if their is proper response from the lhs
The gimbal doesn't come with a manual of any sort
It's is meant for go pro YOU CANNOT DIY IT TO FIT A SJ4000
You cannot just diy products if it is not recommended
The frame of the gimbal is meant to hold only a go pro

I am also disappointing by RCmumbai.com chintal
Because i was purchased one quadcopter from chintal and pay Rs.5000 for assemble but even chital do not know how we can do proper solder.  He doesnot set propper parameter and due to insert wrong parameter my quad is fall down and i had to repair it by 9000.
 

When ever i purchased any item from rcmumbai.com they are never send all items as per cart...they remain 2 to 3 three items...... Never receive call
