1) you purchase a hex from me i built it for you then we test it after you after  satisfied and all tests are done you took the hex .
Once you take it and change the setup i am not liable or provide any guarantee  or warranty


2)we have our store divided into two 1) airplanes
2)all other products
When you had visited us you knew that airplane parts are with kewal and not with me
When you placed your second order online three days ago
And called me four times ( all calls answered ) i had informed you airplane parts will be shipped separately

3) we dont receive phone calls on sunday

Here are my observations:

Pros:
1) Large choice of items available which other LHS dont stock.
2) Super quick delivery (i mean really really quick!!!)
3) Decent prices.

Cons:
1) Website buggy.   (eg. Can only view the 1st page of search listings)
2) Difficult to contact them.  ( but once i managed to contact them the issue was resolved satisfactorily)

Overall: A good LHS but needs to improve on the website and customer service

I must say it again the delivery is really really very quick once the items are shipped. I would suggest to update the website so that the bugs are removed.
