Title: dissapointed with rc bazaar
Post by: romanxdsouza on May 07, 2013, 10:38:35 AM
[Admin Note]  The issues discussed arise from a misunderstanding or error on the part of the buyer, and there is no wrong doing on the part of the LHS.

i had purchased some stuff from rc bazaar made payment  now...... i have recieved a mail saying "We tried to call for your number regarding shipping cost your number coming temporally disconnected you have to pay the shipping cost 360 for your order number 1194" i an not at all happy with this i was not informed online while making the payment about these charges, nor did any one try to call me this is just lies that rc bazaaar employee tried to call ,my phone is never off and im reciveing call properly nor is my phone disconnected how come they cant get thru ,im hoping they waive off these charges. will keep you guys posted as to what happens next.you may fall in the same situation one day

dsouza

my friendly advice, before coming onto a public forum you must exhaust all your options, it is called a graduated response, a typical graduated response would be

(a) Send an email
(b) Pick up the phone and talk to the concerned right upto the store manager
(c) PM the owner (suju bhai in this case)
(d) Give it some time
(e) Repeat the process, may be changed wordings in your email
(f) after having exhausted all options, back to the wall you need to bring it up for public discussion, else it sounds like arm twisting the LHS

PS
though i agree customer is  the king and he should get best of the services, remember even for a 6 sigma company there a certain number of allowable failures

PPS
off late this is on the rise, discussing LHS at the drop of the hat

romanxdsouza,
As stated earlier in my conversation... you have choose special / custom shipping method and before even selecting this method below is the message which you will get to read on the site

The products in the shopping cart has exceeded the standard shipping weight definitions. So shipping cost will not be calculated now, the customer support executive will contact you with the shipping cost, now we request you to checkout and place the order.

so where is the element of surprise here?...

dint see any message like that

People have no time to read what is on screen while shopping.  But they have all the time in the world to come and bad mouth businesses here !!!

A formal apology is in order.

NOTE:  This kind of irresponsible behavior by anyone needs to named and shamed going forward.

Roman, my apologies in advance if you are offended by what you are about to read.

If you call someone a liar on an open forum it is considered a rather strong action. Thereafter, if it is found that such an epithet was uncalled for, it is considered as libel or slander and can be held up in a court of law. I know Sujju Bhai is a gentleman and won't pursue this matter. Someone else would/could haul you to court and extract damages from you which will be hefty, to say the least.

That being said, is it so difficult to say 'Sorry' instead of pointing to post # 17?

Oh btw, we don't normally tell the Administrator where to poke his nose (or, for that matter, any other part of his anatomy). ;)

Sujju Bhai / Team RCB - sorry to see you having to put up with this, in spite of doing your best. All the best!

Roman

People are being decent with you, you effrontery beats me, you apologize else i am going to request Sujju Bhai to take you to task. You are walking on very thin ice out here. You may not have followed Graduated Response , we are. apology is very much in order +1 VC on that. your decision

Roman,
I dint  know your age but I can guess it now after your posts. You wrote to me personally and threatened that you will defame our name here if we don't waive your shipping charges.  Agreed the issue is sorted out and but buddy you do lack politeness and you did show this is your email to me and now to the admin.  I don't need your apology BUT I
ask you to correct your thought process and think a minute before you slander or write in a public forum.

Gusty, thanks for initiating the earlier thread as Iam sure not just us but almost every LHS has gone or going through this issue. Agreed some of them are genuine and even these can be sorted out with a simple conversation.

VC
Definitely these kind of defamation remarks can be taken legally and FYI I did inform our dear friend roman about defaming out name earlier but he still choose to do it as he thought he will get some support here.

Sujju

RcBazaar did wrong with me. Who dont know which is the right product ordered. And cant give service to their customers. First I have paid rs 165 for courier. Now they are saying send back the wrong product to us. It means I spent 300 rs on courier for 150 rs product. Wow. Rather guys buy from banggood.com.
