Greetings from Edall Hobby!! A new hobby retail & online store in Bangalore now open at Airport Road, Murugeshpalaya.

We are venturing into this hobby to cater the needs of college students and to expert RC Hobbyists all over India. We are the wholesale dealers of HOBBY KING products in India. We are selling high quality Turnigy & Hobby king spares. We not only sell product but also guide students on various projects from scratch.

The reason we have ventured into this hobby is to actually help college students to procure aeromodelling parts at a lower cost when compared to other local hobby stores (LHS). We faced so much difficulty in getting parts for our college projects because they were expensively sold to us during our college days by local stores.

Also slowly we are increasing our products  so that all items required will be available immediately and once this stock moves we will have further reduction in prices from next time as this is the start.

Example: hobby king price:  Blixer ARF  (52.5$) + shipment (52.41$)+(3% credit card=3.15$)=6272 indian rupee and waiting time 10-15 days minimum + there will be a chance of custom money and problem

Edall Hobby price: Blixer ARF (Rs. 6565), get it from the store no waiting, no custom problem

congratulations for the new store !!!

there is a small glitch on the shopping cart, that whenever i try to add the product, i get the error. attached the screenshot for the reference, however the product is added to the cart but the alert box always appear.

I placed the order and the Best i like is the option of the COD, as your's the 1st store to provide that  :hatsoff:   (i hope i doesn't end-up for Bangalore only)

@anand : our team is resolving the issue and the  site is not giving any problem in internet explorer. for other browsers it  will resolved soon. cash on delivery is applicable for all over india.
@celix : the product quality is really comparable with that of other hobby stores,  if you have an opportunity please do visit our store and you will find the difference in the quality. but in coming  months we will reduce the pricing and make it much lower than others

They want to promote that we are concern about quality products at reasonable price as provided by hobby king ( nearly same price as hobby king with out any waiting and some time custom problem and also same price as local hobby shop but better quality..

We  want to provide you quality service.....(just started)

                         Total=64.447$ (1$=56 RS)= 3612 RS

IF you like hobbyking quality products and thinks that our price are reasonable please do visit to our shop.

We are not lying we are trying to make the business more clear and make this hobby more reasonable with quality products.

(a) any venture starting off on Astro Turfing is doomed to fail
(b) They are not three, they are two (if you include yourself yes they are three), in fact they are actually one. You know what i mean

any new LHS is most welcome, you aren't the first HK wannabe in india there are plenty, and a few of the HK products are trash, i would advice you to not to stock them as they will bring you down as well, especially when you are working on a Shoe string budget

- You taken the shipping option as EMS, so request you to have a look on the thread about ordering from hobbyking, as mostly no one uses EMS in general.
- The US $ rate from your calculation is Rs. 58 while the current rate is Rs 55 . (you should ask your bank to lower the usd rates to you)

Your cost = Rs. 6565 + local shipping
Direct Cost = Rs. 4307 + customs (may be lucky)

please note that the above points are not for pulling leg or with any -ve intentions, as those shall be thought or calculated by most of the members on the forum.

there is a whole list,  for starters most of their balsa aircraft is poorly constructed (Most Chinese un branded ones are poor). some of their foamies are bad foams, non nantech batt have little life some of the batt didnt last 60 cycles, the list goes on.

Please note that the "airmail shipping" is no more available for the Bixler model at hobby king even though if the membership is platinum. You can try one more time till the payment gateway and check it and kindly update the thread about "Ordering with Hobby king". So with EMS mode it is 52$ only for shipping alone.

As you mentioned about stocking the inventory of HK, yes ofcourse that is our target for next coming months. We earlier mentioned that we are increasing our inventory slowly with the products which are really reliable.

We want to make it clear that we are not forcing anyone to buy products from us, what we say is if you are ready to wait you can purchase from HK, if not you can buy from us shipping time is reduced and no customs hassles for you and moreover if you have a store in India then it makes it easier for you get any problem solved too and as a customer i would prefer to buy from stores which are near to me if the product is the same.

With the increase in inventory in coming months the prices are bound to come down and it will be more or less same as the HK price. We are in talks with HK anyway.

Its not that we have started a store just like that, we have been into Aerospace business & UAV development since 2008 (Our group of companies - Edall Systems). We are a registered supplier to National Aerospace Laboratories & to many engineering institutions have supplied many items and we are known for our product quality and excellent customer service.

We have stocked only those items which we have tested (even now we are testing) in the past few years and found it very reliable when compared to similar clones sold by other LHS all over India.

For e.g. Bixler itself is an example, we have flown it numerous times and even after many crashes it flies beautifully, same with the quality of Turnigy motors and also the zippy lipos and the list goes on.

So we are stocking reliable products into our inventory and slowly researching on other products which could be inducted into the store, so we invite each and everyone of you personally to visit our store and see the quality of products for yourself. And you need not worry on all those aspects.
