I had make a order with a Edall Hobby, after there big BIG introduction and claims done at: http://www.rcindia.org/rc-outlets-and-resellers/edall-hobby-a-new-retail-online-hobby-store-in-bangalore/ and all blah blah blah..

Placed the order at 28th Jan and till date there is no update or process on it. I am sure that they must not be loaded like HK or celebrating Chinese new year in India, as they are dealer of Hobby king (i never know HK appoints dealers too)

RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !



They never claimed they are "authorized" HobbyKing dealers, they just deal in HobbyKing items (just like you and I can, if we have the time/patience/etc).  This is the same thing as at least 8 other small such outfits we have seen here so far... at least couple of which grew to be respected shops, while others remain personal hobbies (or part-time efforts) of students etc.

@Anwar - i didn't said the are authorized but they themselves mentioning the Hobby King dealer word on different post  Head Scratching

In there first post itself they have mentioned:

i had no probs with my order ... nitin actually shipped my order even without the payment being done ... yes it was a local shipping ..

anyways .. i guess we wait for weeks from HK and other dealers overseas ...

the LHS are good for us ... they will all go through a teething time ... but they eventually smooth things out ...

i had probs recently with much much older LHS ... they never return any calls ... but i guess, thats the way they want to do biz .. its fine

AP call him ... talk to him ... he will sort it out for you ... things take a little time Smiley

Anand IMHO, since it is COD, you haven't lost anything, need to give LHS a chance. Hopefully, hopefully they will treat this as a warning sign and live upto your expectation

We had 5 shipments in Maharashtra already without any problem. It was only your case where we could not reach you through mail or call and we are extremely sorry for that.

@Anand ... I got my shipment on 3rd day in pune after placing order. Nithin from Edall hobby was continuously in touch on phone. He has shipped my order without doing payment to him. Also there was delay from my side for doing payment due to NEFT transfer issue via HDFC bank

EDALL what you spoke on phone to me was different and now putting the blame on me. I buy your parcels & all custom story; and I wanted to do  happy ending to it and i did with my previous post, but this is what i didn't expected.

-- this is the most funny reason, tried to call and didn't reach you. Is there any email if not reachable. As you said you are pro and exp in business, then this things needs to be tough to you, isn't it? btw my phone is never switched off and even in the case of network issue may occur i have a miss call alert facility. @netsecrets00 - i am not denying or blaming, but this is what i experienced with my order.

This all post are of same day on which i placed my order and i think they got sufficient time for order processing which they didn't do. I guess it's matter of negligence or taken customer for granted.

Got my first order from edall hobby with 100% satisfaction..
Booked on friday, Not be able to pay on that day due to some technical reasons and nithin contacted me and shipped the parcel even before i pay them.. I actually got the parcel today and paid after that..  Smiley equal to cash on delivery..
I really don't agree with this post.. I give +1 to them..  Thumbs Up

I had ordered couple of times earlier and had a pleasant experience with them. However, my recent order which I placed on 3rd hasn't been shipped yet. Their phone lines are busy/shut down and no response to emails. This is not the way to conduct a business.
