Recently purchased the Soaring Eagle Glider and the Phoenix Glider from Mr. Sai. Super fast service from Mr. Sai as usual, shipped on 9th and arrived today. Thanks to the deplorable services of DTDC, the main wing arrived damaged and cracked in half! Not only that, there was extensive damage to the leading edge of the starboard wing. The entire bottom of the box was crumpled and scarred.

Called up Mr. Sai and told him. Without batting an eyelid, he promised me a free replacement. This without asking for any proof.

This is the way a LHS needs to operate if we are to touch international standards.  {:)}

DTDC seems to be REALLY the pits now. This is my third consecutive broken consignment. Are they worth it?

same has happened one with my friend when he had ordered mr moss  and came via DTDC but thanks to sai uncle we were sent  a full replacement of the plane kit...I too got my soaring eagle yesterday though it was sent to me via First Flight the leading edge of the right wing was also damaged but i couldn't except more  but still all in all i am happy with the planes quality....wanted another one but now its out of stock

My shikra was damaged too, CA was missing, y connector wasn't there, controls horns had disappeared,  sandy of course got a replacement . My cf tube which I bought for wing joiner came broken in two places , I sent mr sai the photos as well, but because of the disclaimer attached with cf , I didn't get any replacement, I understand the disclaimer attached with the cf stuff, therefore never ventured for cf stuff with mr sai again, though I did pick up other stuff from him.

Dtdc and slightly flimsy packaging like the above and you are asking for trouble. They(dtdc) have increased the rates offlate, services of dtdc 'sucks'

Mr. Sai is a very nice gentleman. In all my dealings, he was very prompt and excellent. The TT Sparrowhawk XXT bought from him was priced lower than some overseas shops.

I am sorry about the damage .
The replacement Pheonix wing with Aileron servos pre-mounted  will be on its way today packed as securely as we can possibly do it .

I have discovered in last two years that my skills of making a plane are no better than stone age humans. Seeing  the feedback on the forum I too have entrusted Mr. Sai for a shikra frame.

Thanks for the compliment we have now shifted most of domestic operations to Blue Dart from DTDC despite it being costlier  we now prefer them as their service is more reliable thus enhancing  our level of  customer service
