Regarding the model it was in stock till saturday, like the saying goes to hide a truth you will have to say a hundred lies.

Regarding offering shipping free is very good happy that you will continue to offer it through out.

You mentioned you are not getting the models but one out of them is something you say you are already importing is it that you have stop importing that brand and also can you please let me know if you can get the planes i had asked on the other topic to which you pmed me or you have stopped that also.

Guys... it is time we concentrate on what is in the true/best interest of us all.  Praveen has said all that needs to be said about any affiliations.

I am sure the people who asked you to increase prices are your well wishers, and running an LHS in our country is not an easy task. The added (reasonable!) margin will help you sustain the store for longer, and these people want to see you stay long term as an LHS.

Regarding the "investigators", please do not view them as such literally.  These are people who have been in the hobby for a long time (at least majority of them), and have seen all that many LHSes (not all) have dished out to themselves and others in the past, along with how things tend to be get done in our country.  If they raised their eyebrows, it is just human.  Just your simple assurance (which you have provided already) is good enough, along with continued customer service and good prices. They did not seek confrontation, nor did they run silent/underground propaganda.  They just raised a simple observation publicly based on THEIR experience and market conditions.  Please let it slide, and let us move on.  I can assure you based on my interaction with them that most of them are strong supporters of LHSes.

Would love to know Anwar, and those guys are trying to make a cartel. We should uncover them.

As Anwar said, please do not mis-interpret things. We are all in favour of customers getting the best deals. Praveen has done a great job in way of making quality airplanes available at a low price. My only reason for posting my observations were that since I have been into this hobby for a long time, and frequently ( if not daily visit ) the LHS websites, so I have a fair idea of the kind of stocks everyone has. As i said your stocks had a close resemblance with what PLFM had. Again it is of no big consequence to know of how you procured your stuff, and as long as you are giving a good deal, all is well.
I am not trying to investigate or uncover things. Nor is my intention to do that. Praveen will disclose what he feels appropriate.
Regarding increasing prices, no idea who sent. But again who-ever did might have a long-term vision and plan.
So, lets all enjoy these great deals while they last !

Well the way I look at this situation is that Praveen registered himself on the forum on the 6th of July this year. His first three posts were general participation in a NIB Yellow Stick. Then he suddenly switched gears and went into selling in a big way. No announcements in the forum of his intent at the start - just an explosion of good quality models at down to earth prices.

What is 'bugging' folks would be the lack of transparency. I mean, while few veterans have vouched for his credentials, but little is known about who Praveen is, how he entered this business and how he plans to grow and help this hobby in particular.

A lot of people have had some negative experiences when dealing with a 'website'. Rcforall and RCDhamaka are few online sites that get talked about in this forum a lot - mostly in positive terms. That is because not only they are into selling RC stuff, but they themselves actively participate in this forum and help spread 'gyan'.

Honestly, while I like the prices and hope to buy from him soon, I am not sure if the i-am-good-i-know-it-and-i-don't-need-you-skeptics is a good way to start an LHS.

People who analyze the challenges of running an LHS will understand where both Gaurav and me are coming from !
