The warning has been there for more than 2 years. I purchased the genuine Imax about 3 years ago from another dealer. It died after 2 months and I replaced it with the clone, it's still working and doing a good job. Not the best charger on the market but definitely suitable for someone strapped for cash.
I might add that I tried to get the original replaced under warranty. The seller totally ignored every email I sent to him. Happy flying ...
