I ordered a HK T500 kit one week back, 3 days back the status of the parcel changed to "shipped" and there was tracking button on the Hobbyking order details page. Now when I click the button it takes me to the hongkongpost.com website and shows the following screen (attached image). Its asking for some "Enquiry Reference Number". What number is this ?? u will get the parcel. i also had same problem. when u ordered was any item out of stock. did u get the email that ur parcel has been dispatched. ur tracking no will be like this (RB000000000HK). click tat word check it'll take to u another page,in tat u can see the tracking id and a link to the postal webpage.. Why can't we have one central thread where people can put forward their queries related to Hobbycity shipments? Put in simple words you have to wait for the tracking no. to be active, it takes time!! longest I've waited is 5 days (excluding holidays)......

If someone can create a summary/FAQ thread on HobbyKing, that would be a good thing.
