Out of these, "The Pro Hobbies" tends to be extremely pricey, but they also have stocks of many items that are not in the other shops.

I tried to use my access to technology when I saw people were struggling to get information on this hobby in Qatar.  Then I checked out the RC scene in India, and started participating in the one-shop-forum Wink  Later I realized that it was not doing any favors (for beginners especially), and here we are !

oh yes.. anwar is quite a well know authority in qatar.. i went to a hobby store in a mall and while chatting with him told him i knew anwar... whoala.. the service was better and he gave me a free cd of realflight G5... and anwar his name is madhu and he actually asked me to give his regards to you...  Grin

my bad... his name is mohan... got it wrong as madhu... i wanted to buy a torque tube for my trex 500 but he dont have one... and i beleive they dont stock any more align spares... so i have to check in dubai if i can get one from there now

Hello.

I have been to pro hobbies in doha and also got few stuff from them .. the only problem with them is they price tooo high... way too hight.. i would say its better in india , even better to order from abroad and pay duties taxes when compared to their pricing..

The owner Mohammed Ahmed is helpfull thou as long as u buy from him.. can also bargain if u know the actuals or he will rip u if he understand that ur new to the hobby :p

I dont fly  Roll Eyes    ... havent jumped into flying as yet ... only nitro on road off road.. some times baja at the unsaeed deserts cant be more fun than that..

where do you fly ? my brother does the flying but mostly without me coz the only thing im best at is crashing  Giggle ..

at the moment im in india but id be going bk in a day or 2..
