Mail the pics to them and try to get on them at facebook.
Facebbok being a social site, they will respond faster.

Its seem your parcel directly land at you home from Air Parcel Plane

Yes, you have to sent photo to HK support center and also update on FB.

and if they dont reply then use VISHWA trick and put it everywhere............

I have not faced such kind of problem before and seen few people who faced it.

Nothing they didn't want it back.

Ok this is what i did to get a replacement,

Started a paypal dispute and contacted them via the support center (put up pictures) and gave them a call.
Hobby King wanted a damage report from the post office
Got a letter from my local post office post master that the contents were damaged (due to poor packaging because the post office refused to accept its their fault for damaging it), put a copy of this letter on the support center.
Called up hobbyking again and they agreed to ship the replacement and asked me to close the paypal dispute.

This was a sad story with relatively better outcome. I have placed my first order on HK (and after 3 days still don;t see any shipment happening ... god bless).

Hi Bill, You are lucky (or a few of us are unlucky), even my shipment has been in processing for more than 4 days with no progress made at all. Numerous emails to support are going un-answered, while the products are shown as reserved.

And you have just seen what the Flying_Truck posted ...

So new comers would need to adjust their expectations as per HKs work culture, which is OK i guess if the products are delivered in a reasonable amount of time (and in one peice).

Contents arriving damaged is not Hk's fault. Its caused by the postal services, some brilliant guy put a heavy package on top of my package causing the packing materials to fail. Even though the post office refused to accept that its their fault HK still replaced the damaged stuff and even marked the box it fragile on my request. And delays in updates is how HK postal department works if you wanna know how delays and no updates really feel order batteries from HK through swiss post and you wont know where your package is till is arrives.

Sorry about that parcel, but you failed to do as HK instructs. Actually it was some time back but it should be relevant today

If the parcel appears damaged you ask the delivery person to wait until you've opened the parcel to see if anything is damaged. We had a good laugh about that. I'm not sure of India's Postal service, but I can guarantee no Australian delivery person would wait. Even if you had to sign for it and refuse to do so before opening the box they will vanish very quickly and not worry about getting a signature.

You can't really blame HK for that damage. It's obviously happened after it's left their warehouse and unless it's insured HK have no obligation to replace any damaged contents. If they have done so in the past, then it's been done as a goodwill gesture. I've had over 200 orders with them and never had to claim for anything damaged. I've suffered 3 DOA's and had them replaced under warranty. I did have a large plane arrive with a hole punched in the side of the box and held my breath until I opened it. I was lucky, whatever made the hole didn't continue into the box. I pictured broken EPO everywhere.

I received a grey plastic bag last week with 3 MP3 players inside. One of them had it's front broken and can't be repaired as it's damaged the display and the motherboard. I wasn't surprised there was damage, I can't imagine anyone mailing electronics in such a flimsy covering. The units weren't even boxed or protected in any way. I immediately wrote to the seller and as yet haven't had a reply to either of the two emails I sent.

Watch out for BangGoods packaging, it's really bad, compared to HK's it's pathetic. A shame because apart from that and their very slow picking system I find them to be a good value trader.

The complete deliver service of every country on this planet is designed to cover everyone involved. Because so may different organizations are involved, each one will blame the other should anything go wrong. Here's hoping you don't have to travel down that road and HK replaces your loss.

Good Luck .... Stu  Sorry, almost forgot. Whatever you do, DON'T cancel your Paypal claim until you have the refund in your bank account. A few people I've heard about did cancel their claim and they still haven't received the refund, and there's nothing which can be done. Once you've cancelled the claim you can't reopen it if something goes wrong. Aliexpress rely on claims being cancelled they will even try to trick you into doing it. ONLY cancel after you have your refund or replacement.

Well Actually The Problem comes in When the parcel is in Transit Registered Airmail Or Airmail They always get transported by Their Parcel Van Or RMS ( Railway Mail Service) so their they just not the handle the parcel carefully. That's why we can see dents on our parcel.

Aman.
