Hi Team,
I have made an order sometime back in April , the order did not ship because of an item was out of stock .
And now, the support is not willing to discuss with me on this order.
I have tried emailing, Reached them via the customer support chat window.
But after looking at my order , they are leaving the chat session. i don't know what to do.
Please advise, the best way telling them, that i have payed the money, and they may choose to ship the items or return my money.
