i recently purchased a nylon ripstop cloth from ebay yet to be received
the problem is the seller sends me the invoice for 37 dollars and i paid through paypal till i make payment it shows me 37 dollars after giving payorder it says that my credit card is charged for 48 dollars why is the difference is there any chance i can claim the money back
if yes should i talk to ebay or paypal (note: i had asked the seller he says that he receives only 37 dollars)
please help me
