I just expressed my views on the payment gateway that he has added. I did the same when RCM added the PG too. I am assuming you are a grown up, or trying to do that now. So here is some "take it or throw it" advice. Have you registered RCMumbai as a trademark at least in India ? Have you done so worldwide ? If you have done either, you can move legally and ask the other party to remove any infringing material. You may even be able to claim ownership. IANAL. There is no point in crying on the forum like babies. When I started rcindia.org, someone already owned rcindia.com. We have separate domains, and separate activities. Even if we had a conflict of interest, it was legal, unless the other party had a copyright on the word "RCIndia". Later he seems to have relinquished the domain, and I bought it at a significant premium compared to registering a new domain. Long story short, you do your thing and don't worry about copy cats or wannabes. When you get proof that someone is misleading customers *with them claiming to be your business*, move legally. Yeah it happened a few weeks back too, a news emerged that some South Indian student had registered a website named after Zuckerberg's daughter. FB then offered him money for buying the website. He sold it for 750$(even though he could easily pocket thousands of dollars) as he was happy that Zuckerberg had contacted him.As long as he is not making a copy of your site and phishing then he is fine. Some guy also got the domain google.com because of a vulnerability in the hosting site. Ended up selling it to google for a small amount and then donated everything to charity.
