Title: Is It Genuine?
Post by: Chiragthelegend12 on February 19, 2018, 01:31:38 PM
Just found a "Indian store" which is selling DJI products which have too good price to be real, I suppose.
Is it genuine?

Link:
https://www.indiamart.com/proddetail/dji-mavic-pro-fly-more-combo-camera-drone-16149403112.html
{minimum order quantity is 2 units}

They are selling a dji mavic pro fly more combo at 65000.
 :hatsoff:

You can get mavic pro fly more combo for 80k lowest as far as I know but any lower than that sounds doubtful. The official price is 1199$ converting them to inr you get 77.5k₹ honestly I am surprised hote come they offer it for 80k₹ . Anything lower than that I'd consider it fake.

Not 80k, they are offering it as low as 40k for 1 unit :headscratch:

Seems fishy. The map icon in contact us leads to Magarpatta, Pune where there is actually a mall called seasons. But the address claims it's in Andhra Pradesh.  :headscratch: :headscratch:

Lol @aravind.
It just had amazing prices!!
Got another, which has not-so-low price and seems genuine to me: https://www.indiamart.com/proddetail/dji-mavic-pro-fly-more-combo-4k-stabilized-camera-17809042997.html

This is probably fake: https://www.indiamart.com/proddetail/dji-mavic-pro-platinum-fly-more-combo-dji-care-prop-18223617330.html

*Inner Me*: "Hoping all these prices are real" ;D

It seems fishy but the seller is verified by IndiaMart!!
And yeah, it could also be that it is at 2 places, At pune and the other at Andhra Pradesh.
Well i cannot contact them as My mobile ain't with me, its been seized.(Boards next month)
If someone could help me by contacting the seller.........nvm

Cheers!!

For god's sake buddy, don't trust even a single vendor at IndiaMart. The whole system is broken. I've tried it, and it's from my experience.

Maybe you can personally visit the seller and buy the item. Never trust them with your money, when you pay online. Be it by any means, like Indiamart pay or any other money transfer programs like WU that does not offer buyer guarantee.

If you so want it to buy from that seller, then PayPal the money.

The address in multple pages say ...

Seasons Mall, Magarpatta Police Station Rd
Magarpatta
Punganuru - 411028 Andhra Pradesh, India

There is "NO" Magarpatta in Punganuru or Punganaur. All the products they are selling are lucrative and prices are halved. Please don't go with them. I will try to check Seasons mall pune if some shop called TelStra is actually there.

Thanks For making me aware @shrisa2001.

Well, what would be a price of Mavic pro w/ Fly More combo?
Would it be between 60k to 85k?
I have found some on ebay.

Yes. Expect >75K Rs. The upper limit is anywhere around a lakh rupees.

Ebay has PaisaPay, so it's pretty trustworthy. Again, do not pay directly, through bank transfer or anything like that(if the seller asks you to pay him directly instead of Ebay)

What if I go to a store to buy?
Would they reduce to around 65k to 70k?
Coz I have a allowance of upto 70k only.

Even I was inquiring to buy one next month, and the lowest and trustable price I could find was 80k. So, 70k is a dream for me.

With or without fly more combo?

I guess it was with fly more combo. I had inquired 2 weeks back, so don't remember. I just wanted the mavic pro body, but anything works for me. I'm going to rip it, and do some tests.

Lol, mavic pro is meant for that.
I'm also thinking about the mavic air, its great for photos and shootings!
Though i didn't liked the 'air's size. ;D

Oh boy! You didn't understand what I mean. I'm going to open it up, stress test the mavic(maxing out the motors, ESCs and batteries for quite long), put it in the water and see if it still works.

No, it is NOT meant for that :D

I just read somewhere that people buy the mavic pro to test it :giggle:

btw, if you wanna have too, then we can get it from 1 place and they would give a good discount right?

Title: Re: Is It Genuine?
Post by: Aravind298 on February 20, 2018, 07:25:37 AM
Hey Chirag! I'm not much concerned of discount, as long as what I get is a genuine one.

Well, the thing is, we can't believe a lot of people who say they sell them.

I'll be making a trip to Shenzhen in a month or two, so, mostly I'll be buying it myself.
