Please do treat all feedback as constructive.  Not sure if every commenter here has considered shipping and customs charges, but there are a lot of shops active here, and hopefully a bit of research  will give you a fair idea of how things are priced.

Anwar, I did consider this. I have 2 friends who ordered the exact same walkera heli with the exact same tx and specs from Hong Kong shipped via DHL and their landed price was way below what was quoted to me hence the disappointment. We are all here for a fair deal thats all....

I did not mean to criticize your comment explicitly (although I see I did a poor job at it ).  My point was that the seller may have a bit more work to do in terms of pricing and research. 

And of course, being a software guy, I see a lot of scope for improvement in the website itself.

The name of the Shop would be a misnomer for the while, as apart from Align and Tamiya, rest brands are indeed mere 'Entry level'. Also kindly do a price survey around the Indian LHS on what are they offering and don't count your pricing of scarcity of these items. Other LHS have increasing aware of buyer awareness and regularly do a price survey.

People like Rotor.Co.in is offering a 40 Size Nitro Plane RTF (Radio/Servos) for around 20,000

Comparing Apple to Apple, your Extra 330, even that with a mere geared motor, would never come near. Similar 'Unbranded' planes are already offered by LHS like Sai, FlyRc etc at much lower price.

Adding to the what JRH has said above, a little 'High end' buyer would look forward for the spare, esp for the Helis you offer. Without spare, they are like Gillette Presto at Gillette Mach-III price - Use and throw.

Hope  you soon offer more "High-End' brans like MSH, Titan, Kontronix, AXi, Castle, OS, Hatori, TT, MPX etc at prices comparable to other in the game.

if  there are any problems they will very certainly be reviewed
the very objective of the hobby shop is to put various diversification of rc hobby products in one basket in the county if the prices are to pose any discomfort in the local market it will be reviewed (for us product first then prices for to build a customer base)
Im here to give another news that if everything goes well in next 8 to 10 months we may even introduce RC TURBINE ENGINES and related products in the country (based on early response for it) which will be a very exiting prospect

Could be!! Be ready for a blast of shops from non-RC background people. Well it is nothing wrong from Busniness point of view, in the Field of RC, the most successful shops like Towers, etc and loads of those in Europe, all were started by RC enthusiasts. This even goes with things like Photography. Hobby is not a commodity. Being into the hobby always helps, unless you become ruthless in pricing like HK (Mr Hands can fly as well!!)

Ujjwal,XRAY is nowhere near entry level.Uber high grade stuff.But uber expensive too.

Opps... missed to list it among Align/Tamiya... I was referring to E-Sky and Walkera, in U-Complement form. Not much of a Heli guy myself.
