Hello, As suggested by VC Clap, instead of making pre-made kits, i will offer laser cutting service to any modeler wanting some plans cut out. The plans can be in any Format. (NO HARD COPIES for now)

Here's how it will work

1. You E-Mail the plans you want cut in any format, and also inform me of the scale you want it cut

2. I will send you an estimate quote for the designing charges. (Will Vary depending on complexity.)

3. Once you approve it, then i will Re-Draw the Plan in Corel Draw, and scale it, and send it to you for approval.

4. Once approved, then I will Give you a quote for laser cutting and wood costs.

5. Once Approved, i will get it cut and ship it over to you.

@VC ji.. a big Thank you for suggesting this idea to me.  Hats Off

Regards

@aniket it all depends on the plans. The designing can be as low as 150 can can go upto 750-800 for large plans/ or plans that are extremely smudged.

As for cutting that I will be able to give you estimate only after seeing the plan.

Send the plans to me on ypasari@live.com

Please let me have an estimate for the two glider plans (Gnome and Inchworm) that I had sent to you yesterday. You may use Japonica extensively.

One is a 34" Span(Gnome), the other is a 64" Span(Inchworm)

Good stuff for smaller Quad builders! I definitely would be interested in something that is around 500 mm as I want to change the frame of my existing Quad.
