I havent used the website, but will let you know how I usually check for authenticity.
The first thing I do is GOOGLE! Try to search for reviews about them. Surf the website and check for anything thats suspicious.
Then methods of payment accepted. Paypal is the most preferred because they offer good support to get your money back if deal goes south. Visa & Mastercard payment gateways come second. Last of all direct money transfers such as Western Union, Moneygram are a strict no-no. You can use them once you are dead sure about the seller.
Similarly always try to contact the seller and talk to him via e-mail,skype,phone whatever is possible and comfortable. Use & trust your instinct.
Now for shanglaiyate.com read some of the reviews or I would say views people have about them
https://www.google.co.in/search?q=shanglaiyate.com+reviews Check their "Privacy Notice" page, which is left as it is,
http://www.shanglaiyate.com/privacy.html and they havent provided contact info such as an e-mail id, or addresses for that matter,
http://www.shanglaiyate.com/contact_us.html .
How hard is it to maintain an E-mail ID for a commercial website?
Moreover only direct money transfer is accepted, so to me its already looking like a scam!
PS: Loose the caps, its considered as shouting/yelling in the online world of communication. You can use it to emphasize words but not everything.
