Title: Let's take some permanent action against thehobbyshop.in Post by: deepparikh123 on March 14, 2017, 07:21:36 PM Apparently lot of people in this community have very bad experience with the site and I also recently had one. I ordered components worth of 4000 rs and unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before. And as usual, after confirming payment the guy is not interested in replaying your quires via SMS or e-mail. The caller tune he has, 'please do SMS for back orders' etc. clearly shows his mentality of robing people as much as he can.
What I understand is after receiving a order, he might order same thing via hobbyking and choose cheapest shipping so it will take roughly 3 to 4 months to deliver it. After that he forwards same things to his so called customers (of which he don't give a fish.) also hobbyking has a policy of returning your money if package is not delivered within some time frame. so he might be taking advantage of same thing via some friends at custom office. So, Lets take some firm action against this fraud so that no one has to suffer again. Please share your experience with the site, consumer forum or any other authorities and also guide me in this effort. |
